The Seagull, with driveway and patio garden

Well situated apartment, with very handy parking space. The lounge area was spacious and kitchen had pretty much everything you need. Main bedroom was good size and comfy. Bathroom / shower was good.

Wifi / internet speed quite poor by modern standards. TV could be simpler - Sky TV box not the easiest way to access.

Looks newly renovated. Modern and clean. Really liked it

You could hear next door’s radio/tv at 6 am. We thought it was an alarm for a 6 am wake up but it stayed on. Also, the black wooden bed stand took up a lot of room and my friend kept stubbing her toe on it.

This was our 2nd stay at the Seagull (because we liked it so much on our first visit !) Real little gem - home from home Clean, modern decor, excellent facilities, great location with off road parking. Excellent communication from the agent again, prior to, during & after our stay. (Hoping to book again ASAP for next years family gathering at Whitstable !)

In the smaller bedroom neighbours very noisy at night tv really loud going up and down and raised voices damp smell in the bathroom and property parking space extremely small I only have a little car had to move bins to get onto driveway I think this should be pointed out when booking as a usually drive a larger car and would not have fitted in drive way without causing problems for other people owing property’s I think this has been pointed out by other people The tv needs to have instructions on how to use as very complicated without signing into my own account should be able to turn on and watch atleast free view channels without all the complication of watching it through sky I travelled with my 81 year old mother and she couldn’t work the tv
