It was awful wouldn’t recommend

The jacuzzi was only really the best part of the hotel

There was marks on the wall, promised a 150 deposit back, contacted them about this and they blocked my number, the walls all had marks, the shower leaked and didn’t work, which I informed them of and they said I had to notify them which I did in my stay, the heating wasn’t on and it was freezing, nobody told us where we could turn it on, the door wouldn’t lock to the jacuzzi suite whatsoever

Lovely place and pleasant staff

The apartment was lovely for my daughters birthday! The hot tub was brilliant ! The little breakfast was a nice touch ! Staff were so helpful, and communication was good. The room was VERY clean ! Description was spot on for the room ! I had my deposit back as stated, and there were no issues. The owners were pleasant and responsive ! No issues getting into the room or checking out ! Would like to thank the owners for being so kind and understanding about my son and quick response to getting a bed !!! Would recommend!!!

Only negative was just condensation/mold issues.. However you can see humidifiers in property so owners are trying!

Scam, they refuse to return your security deposit

Booking stated breakfast was Included but it wasn't The room was tiny The shared bathroom was even smaller and it was impossible to use the sink as the loo was in the way.. And it had a really nasty smell The host was ignorant and didnt as answer my questions. Had to wait in the garden for ages before I was told the key code The noise from the above flat kept me up all nite.. Plus doors slamming was very annoying The hot tub was 70 extra and the pictures are deceiving The whole experience was terrible I woild not stay again and can't recommend this place

How nice and warm the jaccuzi was and how easily it was to access the property without any issues or problems and how the property manager or owner was very helpful and friendly to help us get into the property quick and reliable and safe

We were unable to access the property until after 5:00 PM. The cleaner who attended had to climb a ladder to gain entry and let us in, which was highly unsafe. Due to the delay in accessing the property and the extremely hot weather conditions, we sadly lost our pet in the process. My daughter was left traumatised by the state of the environment. The entire apartment was in an unacceptable condition—every area was extremely dirty, including the bathroom. The level of cleanliness was appalling and far below any reasonable standard. Additionally, the cleaners on site were rude and demonstrated very poor customer service. There was a complete lack of communication from the service providers, and the staff who attended to us were unhelpful and dismissive.

We did not not stay and we did see that a deposit of £150.

The property is not apartment only rooms and there are no kitchen as shown on the pictures. The details are misrepresented. No one available. The owner asked us to leave immediately and drop the keys in the box and we did. WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND YET. This place is not like it is described and it is not boutique apartments. Premier Inn is better and cheaper.

Terrible experience

Nothing, since we didn't even get to sleep in the room.

In a nut shell, imagine paying for a room and being locked out of it! In a city you're visiting for the first time! No one was on site. It's a hospitality business, so someone should always be on site. Keys were very weak and flimsy. The doors were extremely difficult to open, probably because the locks are old, rusted, or haven't been serviced in a very long time. We ended up not sleeping in the apartment and had to book somewhere else at the last minute, in the middle of the night, because the doors (both front and back) wouldn't unlock. We knocked but no one opened the door, called the contact number but no response. No compensation, proper apology or refund whatsoever. It was a very terrible experience for us. The next day (which was our check out day), we came in early in the morning only to find the door unlocked and left open.

Very bad. I had to leave the place early. Manager women needs to learn how to treat customers.

Manager was very rude, not accommodative at for basic requirements. It is basically a house share with shared bathroom which was not clean. there were long hair inside the bath tub.

Manager was very bossy and extremely rude. She wanted to put some of my bags in the dustbin, then she wanted me to take them out saying that they cannot go in the bins. and she threaten me couple of times asking me to leave. Hot water, temperature cannot be controlled, it becomes too hot in a few seconds when I raise this she went on lying and gasliting. I couldn't have a proper shower for the entire time. So I left early

The house that stands out in Dudley Road!

The modern tech shower and the quality of taste wow looked awesome….wonderful absolutely loved it.

There’s absolutely nothing I can think of maybe kitchen use but not sure if we had this but it’s not essential when we had breakfast provided.

Worst thing I have ever seen as an 'apartment'.

Nothing. The worst property I have ever turned up to stay at.

I was asked to pay a deposit of £150 before even being allowed on site. Having then offered to pay at reception I was told the owner did not allow this and it had to be paid in advance of even entering the property.. This has NEVER happened before in 30+ years of business travel. It was basically a 3 bed semi advertised as 'luxury apartments - very misleading description. No photos of the room or bathroom were shown on the site and having seen the property that now explains a lot.

it looks comfortable

no soundproofing, shared bathroom which was disgusting staff accused and harassed us the following day because we supposedly didn’t return the keys, when i requested CCTV footage (which they supposedly watched) they refused to send this because they knew they were wrong still had to deal with multiple calls and texts the following day clearly a scam and clearly wanting to try and get extra money, no doubt because the guests next door probably destroyed the place with how loud they were my advice STAY CLEAR of this hotel, requests £150 deposit which is not even worth it and i can almost guarantee they will try and find something to not return this to you
