Amazing staff who helped in every way to make our stay memorable,lift was a help also luggage trolley in the entrance.much better with a restaurant in house.will always look for a holiday inn over premier inn. Congratulations on your choice of staff💯!Chelsea, deserves to be a manager and all the team ,Becki,David, Kyle and Tamara,while we were there,were great,including house keeping for lovely clean rooms 🙏
There was a fight in the corridor outside our room which kept us awake in the middle of the night,my wife wanted to lodge a complaint but I didn't have the heart to after such a good stay

Room was clean but no WiFi.
No WiFi signals in room and upon checking with staff, I was informed that they cannot do anything with it.

Impossible to sleep at this hotel!
Clean rooms and free carpark.
We have stayed at this hotel several times when we are in Birmingham. However, this time we woken up by screaming women from 2am to 3am on the hallway and it was impossible to sleep after that. The previous time was the fire alarm that went off in the middle of the night. Not sure we will be staying here again it’s not worth the hassle.
