Excellent hotel, good customer services, and great value for money

Very helpful and friendly staff. Warm and inviting reception/ bar. Clean environment. The 6ft bed was firm, and we slept well. Good variety of food served at breakfast buffet until 11am, so we didn't feel rushed to leave. All in all, great customer service from staff and lovely hotel. We will stay again and would recommend it to friends. Very good value for money.

Terrible reception staff

24 hour reception

The rude reception guy who gave me an already occupied room. He then phoned the guy in the room at 1:30am and told him he was in the wrong room !! He said he couldn't give a F*!* that I was recording his incompetence. Then in the morning at check out the new reception guy started quizzing me as to why I was recording his colleague. I asked him if he would order me a taxi and he said he wouldn't.

In desperate need of a refurbish.

The staff were brilliant and really tried their best to accommodate us.

Room 14 the shower was not draining and you ended up standing in a pool of water. The heating wasnt working aswell so we had to wait for another twin room to be allocated to us. We were moved to Room 4 but the heating wasn't working in there neither and there were no other available twin rooms. Eventually we were given an electric heater. I think it is a disgrace that I should have to be uncomfortable when paying to stay in a hotel. The staff were so friendly and accomodating that I feel almost guilty for complaining.

Not too noisy just hear a bit the door when shutting from other room. The switch lights from the bedside awkward place at the top of the headboard in the middle.

Dirty and Mikdew smell. I won’t return

Not much to like. Location was ok if you need to be in that area.

The lock to the door was broken. The chain had been pulled off and reattached. It didn’t look very secure. The furniture was old and needs replacing. The room smelled of mildew. The wall lights didn’t work. The room felt like it hadn’t been cleaned.

The corridor leading to rooms was boiling hot. The rooms were alright but on verge of being wrecked. Staff looked like they didn’t care at all just sat there not bothered. Restaurant was dead

Awful surrounding area, wasn't sure about leaving my car! Shocking disrepair of communal hallways (damaged and mouldy wall, torn and rumpled carpets). Rooms are tired and thread bare, no bedside lights. Mattress was thin and knackered, you could feel the divan base and metal springs when you lay on it.

Reasonable price, great staff & good choice of places to eat.

24 hour reception, local fast food restaurants also 24 hours, so what ever time you arrive or return you can get help. Also choice of food as there is also a in Hotel restaurant, great pizza you can get to eat in your room. Breakfast is hot & cold with good selection in a bright area overlooking the patio (you could sit outside). Few shops near by too.

It is a budget hotel & I don't mind that as you pay allot for those extras. Transport is both good & bad as it is by a large roundabout taking you to motorway (to Birmingham+) & Dudley town. So if your very sensitive to noise you may need earplugs, but I didn't find it a big issue.

Easy to locate, modern building, appealing inside and out. Car park has enough spaces (looks small at front but go around back there’s much more) and it’s free. Check in is quick and easy. No ID required, just name given, reg provided & signature. I like easy check in. Card room access. Hassle free. Staff that I met were very friendly, easy going but professional, prompt and efficient. Room was large, spacious and plenty storage. Tea/cogfee/sugar/milk products provided & neat. Kettle looked clean. Towels white & fluffy. Hand sanitizer dispensers in Hallways and by elevators. Comfy king size double that was firm but not hard, plump pillows x4. I slept on the duvet so didn’t assess the sheet condition sorry. My view faced wolves road. Minimal noise on a bank holiday weekend tbh but noisy if window open. Fan provided if too hot but was ok, cool. Not noisy inside. Peaceful. Nearby small retail park with a McD, B&M w/Garden centre & few other shops. On same ring road is a pub with nice restaurant and shell petrol station. Lots to do in area. I think Ramada has a pub/restaurant too. Overall nice place.

No smart tv, free view only. Toilet seat looked clean where you sit but was filthy at the back where seat joins the lid - clearly visible urine stains, pubic hair & unknown brown grime. Remote had stains, clearly just wiped over so learned nothing from Covid. Climate control machine flashing red from my arrival so most likely broke, I didn’t bother. The communal hand sanitizer dispensers had leakage & old sanitizer splashed up the walls looking foul. These were all the ones I saw from ground floor elevator up to 3rd floor hallways.

Free car park space was good in the room

No air con fan was not blowing out any air had to open the windows but we was at the side were we as the front of the hotel and the continuous noise of the cars kept going past really annoying couldnt sleep. Was too hot needed more pillows and the hand soap smelt out of date if thats even possible
