Casa Vall is your holiday home on Lake Garda. It is located in the old town centre of Pacengo, only 500 m from the beach and the characteristic small port of Pacengo and within walking distance of restaurants, pizzerias and shops. Directly opposite is the large green area of the Pacengo playground where children can play freely and safely. Pacengo's public beach is just a few minutes' walk away.
Your holiday home is large and arranged on three floors. At the entrance you will find the spacious living room with a 3-seater sofa, 48'' television with satellite channels, dining table and two large sideboards. The kitchen is very bright and equipped with electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, extractor hood, fridge and freezer and complete with crockery and accessories.
On the ground floor there is also a service bathroom and a laundry room with washing machine and small utility room.
A wide staircase leads to the first floor where there is a real bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet and the bedroom with two single beds and a large sliding wardrobe. You then proceed to the top-floor attic occupied by the double bedroom which has a 32'' TV with satellite channels and a relaxation area with a chaise longue that can become an additional bed if necessary.
The view from the rooms overlooks the green playground and if you look around you can see the south coast of our lake.
Casa Vall is within a private courtyard enclosed by a gate. It provides its guests with a private covered parking space inside the courtyard. Adjacent to the property is a large fenced playground and free public parking.
Within walking distance there are restaurants where you can enjoy pasta dishes and fish from the sea or lake, and fantastic pizzerias or bars where you can taste good wine. In the evening it is pleasant to take a stroll to the Porticciolo di Pacengo, where there are cosy bars where you can have an aperitif and listen to some music.
We are then only 4 km from Peschiera del Garda and 5 km from the centre of Lazise. The great amusement parks of Lake Garda such as Gardaland, Movieland and Caneva Aquapark, Parco Natura Viva and Parco Giardino Sigurtà can be reached by car in just a few minutes.
