About this apartment rental
Residence G&J consists of 3 brand new two-room apartments (opening April 2023) of 40 sqm each located in Pacengo, a characteristic hamlet of the municipality of Lazise. Just 200 mt away are excellent restaurants, cocktail and wine bars, a tea room and a pharmacy. The beach is about 700 mt walkable downhill. Only 1.5km away are the famous amusement parks Gardaland, Movieland and Canevaworld.
Shortly after the residence, a private building is currently being renovated, so during the day some noise might be heard and the free parking must be reached by walking along the main road (about 300 metres).
The focal point of the residence, without a doubt, is the magnificent roof solarium terrace shared among the 3 apartments with a wide lake view, furnished with 3 coffee tables, a large umbrella, sunbeds and loungers available to guests. Here you can also find a convenient shower to refresh during hot summer days and a handy shared washing machine.
The ground floor apartment consists of a spacious living area, with open-plan kitchen, snack bar with 4 stools, lounge area with satellite TV, sofa bed (suggested for one adult or two children). The kitchen, fully equipped, has a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, induction hob, microwave oven, American coffee machine, toaster, kettle. The cosy bedroom offers a wrought iron double bed and a modern open wardrobe. Bathroom with shower box, toilet, bidet. Wifi and air conditioning available to guests. Possibility of free unattended public parking 100 mt away. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
We recommend the G&J residence to anyone looking for a base to visit the beauties of Lake Garda, but who wants to enjoy proximity to a commercial area, the beach and loves to relax sipping a good glass of wine with sunset view!

The property was great. It is managed by an agency, very helpful staff. The check in must be done until 19:00 so you can pick up your keys, then the program of the agency closes. The key must be picked up from another location than the address of the apartment. They must be picked up from the agency address, which is not very close to the apartment, but also not that far. We arrived late and had problems with connectivity in that day, but the staff helped us and done the online check in for us so we can pick up the keys and check in the apartment. Very helpful, thank you! The apartment is very well kept, clean, you have everything you need. The location is great, close to a local beach, very close to Gardaland, it has a terrace with a nice lake view, which is shared with the rest of the apartments but we stayed for 5 days and we were the only ones on the terrace. So it was not crowded. Very quiet zone in the night, slept very well through the night. In the daytime there is noise because the street/a close by property is in renovation, but no problem for us because we visited all day and come back only late in the evening. We had a very good stay at this apartment and a great vacation.

The apartment was newly renovated, so it was very modern and clean. We were able to fit 4 people in this apartment. We were in the apartment on the ground level, and we had friends staying in the apartment above us. It was close to the beach and the beach had two beach restaurants which were convenient for drinks, food and gelato. Rental of bikes and water equipment were close by. I also liked that it was in a quaint residential area, yet many restaurants were in walking distance. The best part was the roof top! We spent many mornings and evenings on the roof top, enjoying the view of the lake and mountains while eating breakfast or enjoying a late-night glass of wine with our friends. The roof top also had a shower if you wanted to rinse off after sunbathing.
Having two sets of keys would have been convenient instead of just one set.
