The charming Eden 2 apartment is located in a three-storey building equipped with a lift and external parking, situated in Lazise, in the nearby hamlet of Pacengo just a few steps from the lakeside and next to the beautiful village church. The apartment's main strength is certainly the splendid lake view that can be enjoyed whilst comfortably seated on the terrace, which is furnished with a table and chairs.
The three-room flat on the second floor comprises a living area with a large fully equipped kitchenette featuring an oven, microwave, 4-ring hob, refrigerator, German coffee machine and toaster. Air conditioning and satellite TV are available to guests. In the living room there is a comfortable single sofa bed. The space is made warmer and more welcoming by a ceiling with exposed beams. Master bedroom with lake-view terrace and air conditioning. Small bedroom with two single beds, window and air conditioning. Bathroom with shower cubicle, washing machine and toilet. Velux windows have been installed on the ceiling with exposed beams to illuminate the bathroom. Smoking prohibited, pets on request.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very spacious and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout our visit. The location was perfect—just a short drive from several nearby amusement parks, which made day trips super convenient. The ladies who handed over the keys were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Trotz Straße sehr ruhig. Gute Aussicht auf den Gardasee. Viel Platz. Gepeflegt und sehr sauber. Etwas abseits vom Touristenrummel, aber mehrere tolle Lokale in der Nähe. Viele lohnende Ziele mit dem E-Bike zu erreichen.
Geschirr ist zu knapp, wenn wirklich 4 Personen dabei sind. Trinkwasserversorgung verbessern. Wasser nicht zum Trinken geeignet, Komfortablere Sitzgelegenheiten auf dem Balkon.

Die Vormieter der Wohnung haben diese in keinem sauberen Zustand hinterlassen. Wir haben das gemeldet und innerhalb einer Stunde wurde sauber gemacht! Ein toller Service! Perfekt!
