About this house rental
In a confidential residence in the countryside, in the vicinity of the Lake Garda amusement parks: the famous termal lakes in historical park of giant cedars and sequoia trees of Cola Park (500m) to Gardaland (3 km), aquapark Caneva and Movieland + (1.5 Km), the Zoo Safari Park (7 km) to the historical center of Verona (19 km), Mantova (56 km), Venice (130 km) ... independent apartment with PRIVATE garden, and 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and TV and the other 2 single beds , and sofa-bed, living room with kitchenette, dishwashing machine, microwave and big TV, a bathroom with washing machine. Bed linen (once per person, vorhanden 10 EUR). Heating (per property and day, included in price 6 EUR). Towels (once per person, vorhanden 7 EUR). Possibility to rent 2 mountainbikes 30 eur/week. Cleaning fee is to pay in cash then you leave, its 100eur. or less depends of quantyty of persons

The house is overall clean, cosy, spacious enough and VERY well equiped (literally the only thing we missed was the big luxury of a Nespresso machine - we got over it :-)). Airco and ventilation work perfect. The neigbourhood is very peaceful and quiet (advantage of a residence), private parking, very little traffic, etc.
The thing we enjoyed the most, however, was the garden. It is very beautiful (the colours!) and well looked after. We have three children under 5 years old, and they had the most fun there. You can leave them outside without worries because the garden is fully closed off, there is always a shadow place throughout the day, there is water, a place to sit, etc.
The pool area is a 5 minute safe walk and the toddler pool is ideal, the big pool is not crowded and it's not allowed to jump or play wildly or with balls (ideal with toddlers). There's also a little play area and the staff is very friendly.
In Colà itself there's not much to do with children, but with Pacengo (beach) and Lazise (ferry, little shops, play area) within a ten minute drive for groceries AND good restaurants/gelaterias (and the presence of Gardaland, of course) the 8 days were over before we knew it!

Lovely we’ll equipped property with the perfect garden for outdoor living. Hostess was very helpful . Would recommend hiring a car if planning to do some sightseeing

We loved the peaceful and tranquil surroundings. The fact that the garden was secluded allowed us to relax on days when we did not want to site see. The house was comfortable and well stocked. The outside dinning area was a particular favourite the home grown tomatoes were an added bonus. The locality was beautiful with excellent local restaurants especially the ice cream parlour. We loved staying at the house and would definitely recommended it to anybody with a family .

We spend a relaxed week in this beautiful home with 4 persons. The house is big enough, clean and has a wonderful garden. The pool is big and not crowded. The flat is very central to various parks (Safari, Gardaland, Movieland, Aquapark) and Verona.
We'd like to come back again!
