The house consists of a large living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Exceptional for those seeking tranquility and relaxation in an elegant environment furnished with care and refinement. The house has a large private parking that can be used either as a parking space or as a support for the motorboat or jet ski cart. On request, a large and secure garage is available that can accommodate two cars or motorcycles (10 euros per night for a fee).
At guests' disposal the house offers a large swimming pool (10m x 30m) for adults and a smaller one for children.
