It is located on the first floor of a residential complex, with exclusive entrance and private garden equipped with all comforts. The house consists of a large living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Exceptional for those seeking tranquility and relaxation in an elegant environment furnished with care and refinement. The house has a large private parking that can be used either as a parking space or as a support for the motorboat or jet ski cart. On request, a large and secure garage is available that can accommodate two cars or motorcycles (10 euros per night for a fee).

Such a great, peaceful, place to stay near everything you’d like to visit by car. The accommodation is well kept with comfortable beds and great garden. The pool is large and relaxed. There’s a small, quiet, park next door and a great restaurant in walking distance.
The hosts were very accommodating and left great information for us about everything we needed. Had a great weeks stay.

Die Ferienwohnung war super, sauber, geräumig und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Der Pool in unmittelbarer Nähe war toll. Da sich die Wohnung in Cola befindet, ist ein Auto notwendig.

Ein sehr schönes, ordentliches und sauberes Haus. Der Pool war auch schön und vom Haus auch nicht weit entfernt. Das Haus hatte eine schöne und neue Ausstattung. Die Besitzer haben ebenso an jede Kleinigkeit gedacht.
