Good for one night only

Good location, great check in instruction and spacious flat. We just stayed one night, but I would not recommend it for longer stays. The apartment smelled mouldy, there was no toiletries (shampoo and shower gel) and the sofa bed was old and very uncomfortable to sleep on.

the location is quite central and also close to gardaland

it is extremely loud and difficult to relax. the restaurant underneath has a very old and loud air conditioner. the apartment’s own air conditioner is also very loud, but you need to use it as you cannot open the windows because of the noise and the heath coming from the other air conditioners

Splendido appartamento, nuovo, ampio, ben arredato, con parcheggio

Non abbiamo alloggiato all'appartamento Rosso ma in un altro appartamento sempre in zona. Splendido appartamento, nuovo. Due camere molto ampie, ingresso, bagno. Cucina con piastre, microonde, frigo grande, scopa con paletta, spugnette, pentole e piatti. Tutto nuovo, ben arredato, silenzioso la notte, parcheggio per l'auto incluso, dietro la casa. Il lago è a 500m di distanza.

Il padrone di casa si è scordato di dirci che al posto che all'appartamento rosso (che era già occupato, nonostante apparisse nella nostra prenotazione) eravamo alloggiati in un altro appartamento ad un altro indirizzo. Tutto viene fatto senza incontrarsi di persona. Lui ci aveva mandato dei video del posto per cui noi ci siamo trovati nel buio della sera a non trovare il posto delle immagini all'indirizzo della prenotazione, provandolo a chiamare senza che lui rispondesse. Per fortuna, grazie al nome "appartamento rosso" chiedendo in giro, siamo riusciti ad entrare in contatto con l'inquilino che era alloggiato lì che, vedendo le immagini che avevamo ricevuto, ci ha guidato a come arrivarci. Il padrone di casa si è scusato e ci ha spiegato che il sistema aveva creato un problema, per cui è possibile che non avesse colpa. A parte quello tutto top, tranne i letti che erano belli a vedere ma non così comodi per dormire.

Troppo caro per quello che offre

L'appartamento è accettabile, ma assolutamente caro. Abbiamo speso quasi 200€ a notte dove si può stare comodi in 2/3 persone, se si è di più diventa molto stretto. La struttura è pulita, ed è un una buona posizione se si vuole visitare Gardaland, raggiungibile a piedi in 20 minuti

La struttura è un po' vecchia. Il divano letto ha una conca nel centro e cigola tantissimo, rendendo difficile dormire per tutti. C'è un solo tavolo in soggiorno, in cucina nessun appoggio. La doccia è calda ma il doccino è tutto rotto, non sta su e devi per forza tenerlo in mano durante la doccia. Non è presente nessun tipo di sapone per la doccia. Presenti un asciugamano da doccia per persona e solo due asciugamani più piccoli in totale, che essendo in 5 abbiamo dovuto condividere. Non c'è una teglia da forno, rendendo di fatto il forno inutilizzabile.

La posizione, ottima sia per la vicinanza ai parchi che per l'offerta di ristoranti sotto casa

Implementerei gli utensili e in generale l'oggettistica della cucina, erano un po' scarni, soprattutto c'era 1 unica ciotola per la colazione, il resto solo qualche tazza. Inoltre, anche se temo non si possa fare nulla al riguardo, devo dire le campane della chiesa che suonano ogni mezz'ora non sono proprio piacevoli...

Top Lage... wir waren im Gardaland ... das sind dann keine 5 Minuten mit dem Auto ... es sind auch keine 1000m zum See ...Frühstückscafe und Restaurant direkt um die Ecke

Wie in den anderen Bewertungen schon steht ... man kann leider nicht wirklich lüften ... Auf der einen Seite die Abluft der Restaurants ... auf der anderen die Bars die Teilweise bis nachts um 2 Gäste haben ... aber Fenster zu und Klimaanlage ist die Lage das einfach Wert ...

L’appartamento è sporco e datato, asciugamani mal odoranti, piatto doccia incrostato, polvere negli angoli. Insomma per quanto riguarda la pulizia veramente pessimo. Purtroppo non era disponibile neanche una bottiglietta d’acqua e il kit di cortesia in bagno. Il divano letto ad ogni movimento cigolava.

Die Lage, im Zentrum von Lazise, direkt am Kreuz. 10 min. zu Fuß am Gardasee. Restaurant, Parkplätze sind gleich dabei. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß für 5P.

Das Fenster ist nicht schalldicht, gleich neben der Hauptstraße. Jeden Verkehr kann man hören. Das Zimmer ist nicht barrierfrei, kein Aufzug.

Molto buono, con margine di miglioramento

Posizione perfetta per fare i giri che volevamo fare, davvero super il piazzale li di fronte dove poter parcheggiare senza problemi e in un minuto essere a casa. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa. Gli ambienti e le stanze erano caldi, ampi, accoglienti e luminosi. Molto pratico il tavolo nella sala dove abbiamo potuto metterci a giocare a carte, e leggere. Letto molto comodo a parte i cuscini un po' alti. Il proprietario, Federico, molto gentile e preciso, peccato non essersi stretti la mano. Consigliatissimo per stare una notte senza pretese, ottimo il prezzo!

i cuscini dei letti erano troppo alti, la cucina sarebbe da rivedere almeno un po' era molto scarna o assente la dotazione di base. Mancava la carta asciugatutto e sicuramente altre cose di cui non ci siamo resi conto avendo dormito solo una notte e fatto cena, pranzo e colazione fuori. Ecco la cucina non ci ha fatto una bellissima impressione, c'era anche dello sporco nei cassetti e nei ripiani. Manca un tocco femminile e una rinfrescata di pittura alle pareti. L'appartamento ha un gran bel potenziale e con poco si trasformerebbe tantissimo.

Excellente position

Emplacement parfait calme et pourtant sur une petite place avec plusieurs restaurants et un parking pour se garer. Il est également très pratique pour la proximité avec les divers par attraction de la région. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la cuisine mais elle semble fonctionnelel pour un séjour de longue durée.

Der Check in war super erklärt, mit Video, für Lage ist genial um alle Orte am Lago di Garda zu bevorzugen besichtigen. Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig, trotz mehrerer Restaurant in der Umgebung, die übrigens sehr gut sind. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war sehr gut, er antwortet sehr schnell. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt

Die Toilettenspülung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Man muss pumpen damit sie spült und ist hinterher sehr laut, was nachts stört.

Il posto è a pochi minuti di macchina da Gardaland.

Io ho visto solamente la comodità della vicinanza con il parco Gardaland. Ho solamente soggiornato una notte per poi andare via,ma per chi vuole soggiornare di più mi sento di dire di pensarci bene perché la struttura è un pó carente ed necessità di ristrutturazione in ogni parte, specialmente in bagno.
