The G&J Residence consists of three brand new two-room apartments (opening in April 2023) of 40 sqm each located in Pacengo, a characteristic neighbourhood of the municipality of Lazise. Just 200 metres away are excellent restaurants, cocktail bars and wine shops, a tea room and a pharmacy. The beach is about 700 metres away and can be reached on foot downhill. Just 1.5 kW away are the famous amusement parks Gardaland, Movieland and Canevaworld.

Shortly after the residence, a private building is currently under renovation, so during the day there might be some noise and the free parking must be reached along the main road (about 300 metres).

The highlight of the residence is certainly the magnificent shared panoramic solarium terrace with a wide lake view, furnished with 3 coffee tables, a large umbrella, sun loungers and sunbeds for guests' use. Here you will also find a convenient shower to refresh yourself on hot summer days and a shared washing machine.

The first-floor apartment opens onto the modern living area, furnished with a table and chairs, sofa bed (recommended for one adult or two children), satellite TV. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle. The comfortable bedroom offers a double bed and a modern open wardrobe. Bathroom with shower box, WC, bidet. Free WiFi and air conditioning available for guests.
