Le partage d'info au préalable ainsi qu'une petite video montrant comment récupérer les clés. La localisation du logement, accessible à pied directement de la gare. Appartement propre, très bien équipé avec un accueil café et thé apprécié.
L'appartement n'est pas du tout insonorisé, le tram passant par la rue étant au rez-de chaussée dérangeait un peu.

Sonorisation moyenne mais la nuit a été très calme. Passage du tram mais ce n’est pas forcément gênant.

Appartement très bien situé, confortable, très mignon avec une décoration soignée, facile d'accès et bien situé. L'hôte avec qui j'ai échangé était très sympathique, il n'y a pas eu de problème avec notre arrivée tardive et nous avons vraiment apprécié les petites bouteilles d'eau, café et thé mis à notre disposition.
Le passage très fréquent du Tramway qu'on ressent au RDC de l'appartement.
