Welcome to my apartment "Le Porte de France" with air conditioning ideal for 6 people.
On the first floor of a beautiful Haussmannian building, the apartment is very quiet.
65 m2 completely renovated, it was important to me to preserve its soul and its character.
I have fitted it out so that you can feel at home.
The accommodation
Ideal for 6 people: 4-room apartment + 65 m2 kitchen completely renovated with air conditioning.

Fully equipped kitchen (table for 4 people ideal as a workspace):
Oven, microwave, hob, nespresso coffee machine with pods, toaster, kettle and all the crockery you need to cook.
160 cm sofa bed of very good quality (hotel bedding)
TV with Netflix!
BEDROOM 1: Air conditioning, 2 single beds in 90 cm with the possibility of assembling them to transform them into a 180 cm bed. (hotel bedding), storage dresser + storage closet
TV with Netflix!
BEDROOM 2: Air conditioning, 160 cm bed (hotel bedding), storage chest + storage cupboard.
The bedroom overlooks the inner courtyard of the building, which is very quiet.

BATHROOM: walk-in shower, washing machine, sink unit, illuminated mirror

I put Bed linen and towels available to guests.
Traveller access
The accommodations are rented out in its entirety!
For your comfort, the arrival is autonomous thanks to the building's digicode + a key box.
You can therefore arrive and leave at your convenience.
I will send you all the information before your arrival.
I can be present to welcome you and show you how the apartment works if my schedule allows it.
Other remarks
I live only 10 minutes from the apartment and I am available at any time to give you advice and/or in case of any problems!
The apartment is brand new and it is as clean as my home;)
