Nice confy flat in a very good position

The flat is very nice, clean, confortable and well equipped. The air conditioning is a precious resource with the hot weather after a day walking round and all the area is lively and near the main attractions. Easy and useful the garage and the comunication with the host was precise and efficient.

Great location - very close to centre of Grenoble - bars / restaurants etc Car parking across the street from apartment was very good

Stairs were steep so lugging suitcases up the stairs ( we are in our 60’s ) was a bit tough

Great apartment with charme

Very nice and clean apartment with charm in the center of Grenoble. The apartment is located in an older building, but the apartment itself is very nice and modernly renovated. The Apartment is equipped with everything you need. The host Ludivine is very friendly and was always available to help with any questions before arrival. We also received very precise and helpful instructions on how to access the apartment and garage (autonomous check-in). We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back if we are in Grenoble again.

Beautiful apartment extremely well managed

This apartment is meticulously kept and very nicely decorated. The owners live next-door and they have made sure that you have absolutely everything you could possibly need. We were very pleased with our stay and would recommend this unit to anyone.

The parking garage was a little difficult for us to navigate. The slot is for a small car. We had a compact and it fit but just barely.

Short five night sightseeing in the city and surrounding heights.

Overall cleanliness, kitchen was well equipped and there was a washing machine plus dishwasher. Air condition was good enough for near 30 degrees temperatures. Other than that the area is old town style and lively environment.

Petite escapade grenobloise

Agréable séjour dans cet appartement calme et propre. Bien localisé, proche de nombreux restaurants très sympathiques. L'appartement se situe en arrière cour avec une vue sur les jardins, donc très calme. La garage est un plus !!! Nous étions en Peugeot 3008, court mais cela passe... Nous gardons précieusement cette adresse pour nos prochaines escapades sur Grenoble.

Première journée gâchée du fait d un chauffage non fonctionnel, une fois le problème résolu, appartement fonctionnel

L emplacement, le garage

Les échanges avec la propriétaire qui se dit ne pas etre « professionnelle » et qui donc au problème annoncé (chauffage non fonctionnel en hiver) m a invité à aller à l hôtel.. étant déjà installée cette solution n était pas envisageable. Une solution a finalement été apportée mais sur un séjour de deux nuits, la première journée a été gâchée.

La localisation hyper centre et le calme de l’appartement. Appartement joliment rénové et très propre. Ludivine est une hôte très réactive. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir 😀

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Hinterhaus im obersten Stockwerk. Das ist von Vorteil, denn sie ist sehr ruhig. Aber wenn man durch das Tor kommt muß man etwas suchen. Das hätte ein wenig klarer beschrieben sein können. Aber sonst alles TOP!

Buena ubicación tanto para visitar Grenoble como por los negocios y restauración de la zona. No se oía nada de ruido y poder aparcar en el parking fue muy cómodo. Con un supermercado en la misma esquina de la calle. Con buen olor, todo muy limpio, muy acogedor y arreglado con gusto. Los detalles como el café, infusión, etc... se agradece. Nos llamó la atención el aceite tan bueno que tenían y habia hasta pastillas para lavavajillas y lavadora. Camas cómodas, hasta el colchón del sofá cama. Era tan acogedor que repetiremos cuando podamos volver

Que sea un segundo sin ascensor no era cómodo para subir las cosas. No había extractor de humos y al cocinar salto la alarma, pero abrimos las ventanas y enseguida se paró. Pero nada grave, es un bonito lugar

Super fijn appartement op loopafstand van de stad

Airconditioning op zowel de slaapkamer als huiskamer. Fijn appartement, schoon, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Fijne douche en bedden. De stad is op loopafstand en we konden onze motoren parkeren in de garage. Perfect geregeld. Van harte aan te bevelen!

le logement très propre et bien équipé ; la disponibilité du parking indispensable à Grenoble ; le calme

la literie fatiguée devrait être remplacée ; les marches du vieil escalier pour monter au deuxième étage ; les deux unités de climatisation sont proches l'une de l'autre alors que le logement est haut de plafond et étendu, résultant en des variations de températures d'un bout à l'autre du logement (chauffage nécessaire en ce début mars)

Sehr gepflegte und saubere Unterkunft in einem Hinterhaus. Gemütliche, relativ große (für franz. Verhältnisse) Wohnung mit Charme. Tolle Ausstattung, absolut ausreichend für einen Wochenendtrip. Sehr sehr nette Vermieter, die sich sofort um jede Anfrage kümmern. Garage ist wunderbar, ein bisschen eng für moderne Autos, aber unverzichtbar, und direkt gegenüber der Wohnung. Ich würde die Wohnung immer wieder gerne mieten. Volle Empfehlung.

Treppenhaus war sehr kalt, da es Winter ist und nicht beheizt ist.
