Amazing apartment in the center of Grenoble, everything was great!

Amazing location in the center of Grenoble! The apartment is very spacious, well decorated, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay.

A smell of cold cigarette was often in the apartment, probably from neighbours smoking on their balcony.

The property was in a fantastic location in Grenoble. We loved being able to walk to great restaurants and shopping. The tram steps from the apartment made going places super convenient. The apartment has been nicely updated with a great bathroom and well equipped kitchen.

Sehr angenehmes und gut ausgestattetes Appartment. Gern wieder.

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, direkt in der Altstadt, an einem kleinen Platz unweit einer Kirche. Die Wohnung ist neu/modern ausgestattet, gemütlich, es gibt einen winzigen Fahrstuhl (und auch ohne wäre das Treppensteigen kein Problem) Die Fenster waren sehr gut schall-isoliert, das Internet ausreichend schnell und es gibt einen kleinen Balkon.

Die Schlüssel bzw. den Schlüsseltresor an einen Baum im Park vor der Tür zu hängen war etwas befremdlich, zumal uns ein paar Uber-Kuriere erst drauf hingewiesen haben, wo genau der Schlüsseltresor hängt.

Toller Aufenthalt in einem lebendigen Viertel

Mitten im Leben und einen Katzensprung von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Sehr gut geschnittene und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in einem schönen Viertel. Schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Agentur sowie unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Abends wurde es vor dem Haus auf dem kleinen Platz etwas lebhafter. Parkplätze sind in den umliegenden Straßen gegen Gebühr zahlreich vorhanden. Wir haben uns für einen Parkplatz im Parkhaus entschieden, welches am Ende günstiger war. Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit zum Be- und Entladen vor die Haustür zu fahren. Supermärkte sind jedoch fussläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Toll fanden wir, dass es Ventilatoren gab.

L'appartement est parfaitement situé dans le cœur de Grenoble à proximité immédiate de la station de tram Victor Hugo. Rien à redire sur la propreté des lieux. Entrée autonome. Le balcon ensoleillé l'après-midi, un luxe en plein centre ville.

Como en casa…

Es un apartamento con mucha amplitud, con mucha luz natural, con una buena terraza. Está muy bien decorado y la estancia de hace muy agradable. Es como estar en tu casa.

La lavadora cuando centrifuga es como si tuvieras la turbina de una centra nuclear metida dentro de casa. Lava muy bien pero el ruido es insoportable e imagino que para los vecinos será igual.

Très agréable

Appartement très agréable, confortable et très joliment décoré, service similaire hôtelier : linge de toilette brodé au logo de l’appartement, linge de lit (literie confortable), kit de base pour vaisselle et poubelles, accueil café pour ne pas être au dépourvu en cas d’arrivée tardive…plein de petites attentions qui font la différence. On se sent rapidement comme chez soi. Et localisation idéale en plein hyper centre.

Le seul petit désagrément a été une odeur de cigarette émanant de la VMC, à certains moments en soirée, et se diffusant fortement dans la chambre attenante à la salle de bain.

Sejour très agréable

Nous avons l'habitude de voyager et louer ce genre d'appartement. Dans celui-ci, nous avons passé un super séjour. Le logement est propre, bien équipé, on se sent comme à la maison. Emplacement au top, à proximité des commerces, loisirs, restaurants, supermarchés... rien à dire. Nous avons eu un problème avec la connexion internet, qui a été réglé et pris en charge rapidement, pour le confort de la suite de notre séjour ainsi que pour les prochains voyageurs. Je recommande cet location les yeux fermés 🤩

Super appartement, bien situé et agréable

Localisation en centre ville, appartement spacieux, agréable et très bien équipé. Isolation phonique plutôt bonne car nous n'avons jamais entendu nos voisins..

Le bruit extérieur (livreurs qui se regroupent au pied de l'immeuble en attendant leurs commandes et qui parlent fort. Absence de congélateur. Attention en été l'appartement n'est pas climatisé.
