Die gute Lage des Apartments, gute Ausstattung der Küche.
Gut war die Benutzung des Hallenbades.
Apartment ist schon etwas abgewohnt, Sessel hatte sehr starke Gebrauchsspuren bzw. Risse.
Der Kühlschrank schließt nicht mehr richtig und die Duschkabine ist renovierungsbedürftig.
Im Flur war kein Licht bzw. die Glühbirne kaputt.
