Very nice hotel in a perfect position to go hiking and exploring the mountains around Oberstdorf

The room was new and comfortable. The spa area is not too big, but it has everything that one might need, from sauna to steam bath, whirlpool and relaxation area.

Nice place to stay in the mountains

Great breakfast. The rooms were done quite well with very unique feeling and with plenty of space including lots of storage space. Superb view from our balcony. Nice place to stay in the mountains if you don't want to stay directly in Oberstdorf town. Very cool bed with the wooden frame and movable TV! Bonus also is the hotel comes with a swimming pool.

We did not get the friendliest vibe from the hotel staff. We had large suitcases and I wasn't expecting no elevators in our building.

A nice time

Great food and very accommodating staff. I asked to put the F1 on and they were more then happy to help. Lovely facilities with a nice location in the mountains. We were very happy with our stay.

Room was excellent same as swimming pool and sauna. Great location and great food.

Some members of staff made us feel uncomfortable in a restaurant and reception as being rude with us. Showing to us that foreigners are not welcome if do not know german language. Other staff were great!

Great stay! Especially the wellness area included in price.

The wellness area is better than average: pool is small but kids loved it, outdoor jacuzzi and cold foot bath, and sauna also available for free. Generous breakfast buffet.

We requested an extra bed in the suite (we booked for 3 people) but nothing was set up. The staff person who came to help just gave us bedding and my son slept on the couch. Not sure if they have actual extra beds.

Inappropriate for disabled

Location is excellent! Breakfast was great. The cleaning ladies always happy to help.

The hotel is inappropriate for disabled people!!!! Its very surprised for a 4 star hotel. I had to carry my son to enter the hotel, go to the swimming pool and playground. Stuff in the breakfast area wouldn’t let me take a yougurt in the room No coffee machine in the room and no natural water. Glasses were plastic . The sofa was very uncomfortable and l was scratching after a night sleep... obviously mits were all over the sofa. I was expecting something more for a 4 star hotel . Too expensive for what it has to offer!

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen, vielfältige Auswahl beim Frühstück und faire Preise der Getränke und Speisen. Ein schöner Wellnessbereich mit 2 Saunen und Dampfgrotte.

Etwas außerhalb gelegen, dadurch jedoch sehr ruhig und toller Ausblick.

Typisch, gemoedelijk Oostenrijks (eigenlijk Duits) hotel.

Vriendelijke medewerkers, heel goed uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, lekker dineren en gezellige aankleding van het hotel. Open haard, etc. De omgeving is prachtig. Pluspunten zijn het zwembad en de whirlpool buiten. Ook hebben we er na een intensieve skidag een heerlijke massage gehad.

Großes gemütliches Zimmer Schönes lichtdurchflutetes Restaurant Großer Balkon Kostenloser Parkplatz am Hotel Halbpension vom Buffet Nachspeisen waren gut Spiegeleier und Omelett vom Koch Hausinterner Gang zwischen den Gebäuden Frühstück am Wochenende bis 12 Uhr

Abendbuffet war vielseitig aber geschmacklos. Das Essen sag lecker aus aber war fad Zimmer im Nebengebäude in die Jahre gekommen Toilette roch muffelig

Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

Sehr gut. Uns hat aber eine Hundedusche gefehlt oder zumindest etwas wo man die Pfötchen unseres Hundes hätte säubern können.

Es wurde sehr viel Salz gestreut. Ich hätte mir Split oder Sand gewünscht.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und funktional ausgestattet.

Der Wellness Bereich ist an sich sehr schön, nur leider recht klein. Gerade wenn viele Familien da sind, kann von Entspannung leider keine Rede sein. Man hört sogar im Sauna Bereich das Geschrei mancher Leute. Beim Frühstück gibt es nur Filterkaffee.
