Good location, disappointing apartment compared to booking with limited service.

Location is good, apartment was clean

Booked a 65m2 apartment but ended up in an apartment of less than 40m2. Both property owner and Booking.com kept pointing to each other with no appropriate solution. This was really tiny when you are staying there with 2 kids. The sofa bed was not suitable for adults as it was much too small. The main bed had an uncomfortable mattress, with two cavities where one sleeps. When we arrived, the dishwasher was not fully unpacked. Rather than apologizing, the owner started complaining about his personnel. This was a good demonstration of the owners attitude.

Perfect base camp for a ski trip in the Kleinwalsertal.

Great location in the heart of the Kleinwalsertal. Great views of the mountains. Very easy to get to ski lifts, rental shops, and restaurants. The complimentary visitor card gives access to the bus, which runs frequently. It is even possible to load the lift tickets onto the guest card right at the front desk, which was very convenient. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. And the sauna and wellness room was modern and well equipped. The kitchen was also had everything we needed.

Would definitely stay there again!

The location: a pretty much level walk of max. 100 meters through the snow to the nearest ski lift (Hubertus lift). The ability to ski back to the building (snow conditions allowing, no problem in February). The close proximity to restaurants and the bus stops of the Walserbus line (100 meters) which give access to the other villages in the Kleinwalsertal. The wellness area with sauna, showers and resting chairs (bath robes and towels provided) was a real bonus after a day's skiing.

It's a pity no breakfast is served for the double rooms which basically are normal hotel rooms but without breakfast or kitchen facilities (however fridge is provided). But we either had breakfast at a nearby bakery (250 meters walking distance) or had some yoghurt with fruit and cereals, which we kept in the fridge in the room.

Wohlfühlunterkunft für unsere Skiurlaube

Wir waren zum 4. Mal im Berghof zu Gast! Die Lage ist für einen Skiurlaub optimal: einmal um das Haus herum gegangen und man ist am Hubertuslift und man kann bis fast vor die Haustür abfahren. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze und zudem ist die Bushaltestelle fast vor der Tür. Das Gebäude hat einen ortsüblichen Charme, ist ruhig gelegen und die Aussicht vom sonnigen Appartement und Balkon in das Tal ist sehr schön. Das Appartement war frisch renoviert, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und in einwandfreiem Zustand. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen benötigt und das nicht in zusammengewürfelter Ausstattung, sondern neu und geschmackvoll. Das gefällt uns persönlich sehr gut. Wir fühlen und immer sehr wohl im Berghof und werden wiederkommen.

In der Winterhochsaison gibt es zu wenig Liegen im Saunabereich...........

Für unseren Skiurlaub bestens geeignet.

Die Lage war für unsere Zwecke optimal (Skiurlaub). Es gab ausreichende Parkplätze und, falls man mit dem Bus fahren wollte, war die Haltestelle in der Nähe. Auch die Ortsmitte erreicht man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten. Das Gebäude ist zwar älter, die Zimmer und die Wohnung waren aber sauber und in einwandfreiem Zustand. Die Wohnung war mit allem Notwendigem ausgestattet, selbst im Zimmer waren Geschirr und Wasserkocher vorhanden. Selten habe ich in einem Urlaub so gut geschlafen (deutet meiner Meinung nach auf gute Matratzen hin).

Für drei Personen war der Aufenthaltsbereich in unserer Wohnung, mit aufgeklapptem Schlafsofa, etwas begrenzt.

Prima verblijf in Oostenrijk

Fijne locatie bij de skipistes voor onze wintersport, ook de sauna beviel goed. Daarnaast een ruime kamer.

Droogrek van de schoenen stond niet lang aan, dus vrij natte skischoenen, daarnaast matig bed en kussen.
