No limit to human greediness !!

Our room was on the first floor and there is no way we can carry the stroller without an elevator on a turning staircase, so we left it below the stairs without obstruction. To our biggest surprise next morning we couldn’t find it. Only after asking the stuff, they told us that they moved the stroller to the ski room. No one said a word to us. There was no tea pot in the room, so I kindly asked for it, as our baby drinks milk in the night. Stuff refused to give it to us and instead advised us to go to the neighborhood building where they have sitting area, so that we can get hot water there. Only after prolonged negotiations did we get a thermos with hot water for the whole night. till the morning it wasn’t that hot anymore, so it’s our problem how to dissolve the milk. Neither there is a fridge or microwave in the room to store previously prepared milk or re-warm the water. Next morning I prepared a home brought porridge, using one of the bowls from the breakfast area. we left the used bowl on the table where we sat. To my biggest surprise, stuff brought us the dirty bowl back even with the spoon. Are we supposed also to wash the dishes we used for 180 Euro/night/room??? Cherry on the cake- settling the bill. Breakfast- counted 6 times. We were two adults. After inquiring, they told me it’s a mistake, took back the bill, did some calculations and returned back by saying that it’s not a mistake, breakfast really costs 19.9 per person. Was it? Or was it just convenient to charge us 6 times?? Apparently we were also charged 11 euro for the breakfast of our 11 months old daughter, who ate 2 spoons of my Joghurt and 2 pieces of my bread. As I opposed it, stuff told me that since my daughter had a place at the table and had this amount of food - I need to pay for it. And for 19.9 eur breakfast we got 1 slice of salami, 1 slice of chicken sausage and 1 slice prosciutto. How do you like that?

Great location and nice apartment!

The location was good and right beside the ski slope. It was also very close to town and you could walk to get anything you needed. My wife used the wellness center which she said was ok. It had a restaurant onsite for dinner and breakfast. We only ate dinner on one of the nights and it was ok. The room was nice , clean and comfortable. We liked the balcony and were lucky enough to get some snow during our visit. The staff was friendly as well.

We did not eat breakfast, so cannot comment, but it seemed a little over priced at 20 euro, when you can walk to the bakery and eat for under 10 euro. Dinner was a little pricey as well and just ok in my opinion. There were much better restaurants in town. It was a little overpriced I thought, but getting the lift tickets included was a plus that offset some of the cost. They only take cash or debit and even though we had a debit card, the owner would not take it as he thought it was a credit card.

Es war rundum entspannend und wir hatten einen richtig tollen Urlaub!

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, ein kostenloser Parkplatz ist direkt am Hotel. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Man kann im Restaurant des Hotels abends sehr gut essen. Ein Hofladen mit Allgäuer Spezialität steht zur Verfügung. Außerdem gibt es immer kostenlose Äpfel. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen.

Die Bettwäsche könnte mal geändert werden. Leider war im Zimmer nur ein Stuhl.

Sehr gute Lage, ruhig aber trotzdem gut erreichbar. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Wir wurden freundlich bedient und haben sehr gut gefrühstückt und gegessen.

Personal mittelfreundlich, Bezahlung bar oder ec Karte nur möglich Und!!! Keine alternativen Milchprodukte wie hafermilch oder laktosefreier Joghurt, also auch kein Cappuccino mit hafermilch, wir finden, das geht in der JetztZeit nicht mehr!

Unser Aufenthalt war vor allem durch die in der Küche hergestellten Gerichte sehr angenehm.

Die Gerichte im Restaurant haben uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Die in der Küche hergestellten Gerichte waren in Qualität und Geschmack außerordentlich gut. Das Hotel verfügt über gute Parkmöglichkeiten.

Raumpflege könnte regelmäßiger sein.

Frühstück war sehr gut! Sicht vom Balkon schön.

Wir sind an einem sehr heißen Tag noch vormittags angekommen und wollten gleich eine kleine Wanderung bzw. Spaziergang unternehmen. Der Wunsch, dass wir unser Gepäck aus dem heißen Auto bereits ins Zimmer bzw. andersweitig unterbringen können, wurde leider abschlägig beschieden. Entsprechend waren die Toilettenartikel (Cremes, Salben etc) sowie noch übrigen Bananen wegen der Hitze völlig durchweicht bzw. fast ausgelaufen!

Empfehlung! Wir müssen da nocheinmal hin!

Sehr schöne Lage am Bach, verkehrsgünstig und dennoch ruhig. Wir waren jeden Tag in den Bergen wandern! Freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Die Zimmeraussttatung ist vollkommen ausreichend. Alles ist sehr auber. Im Restaurant gibt es eine ausgezeichnete Fischkarte - Empfehlung!

Schöne aber etwas unpersönliche Unterkunft

Lage schön und Frühstück gut, ansprechendes Ambiente. Essen im Restaurant am Abend gut, aber auch im oberen Preissegment.

Es ist alles etwas unpersönlich da bis 17:00 die Rezeption geschlossen ist und man über einen Code an den Schlüssel kommt. Abends dann keine Nachfrage ob man gut gereist sei etc. Auf die Frage ob man im oberen Stock im Gang - wo es sehr warm war - lüften könne, kam eine recht patzige Antwort vom Chef - statt einer einfachen Erklärung. Nur Barzahlung oder EC möglich, darauf sollte bei Buchung hingewiesen werden.

Eine ausgezeichnete Reisewahl

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, geräumig und wohnlich gestaltet. Es sind nur ein paar Gehminuten in den Ortskern. Der Außenbereich im Forellenbach ist wunderschön gestaltet mit Außen Sitz und Hofladen. Der Wellnessbereich ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und außergewöhnlich. Das Essen im Restaurant Forellenbach war ausgezeichnet genauso wie das Frühstück. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und gut gelaunt.
