Outstanding location with lots going on in the village and surrounding area, lovely apartment house.

Very nice, large well appointed apartment. Excellent kitchen, roomy dining/sitting room and mountain views from the windows. Large bedroom with very comfy beds and super bed linen. Plenty of space for clothes, coats and other things that we brought with us.

It always took about 5 minutes for the hot water in the shower to come through each morning but this wasn't a stress, we just got on with other things while it was running.

Nice room with very bad staff

The apartment was clean and a nice size

The lamp above the bed was broken. The service staff was extremely bad! We had dinner in the restaurant of the Gaisbock. We sat at the table about 45min with empty drinks waiting on service while 4 waiters/waitress were constantly walking past us while chatting with kitchen staff in the restaurant area, talking about guests, going outside for breaks etc. and just completely ignoring us. When finally being able to catch a waitress’s attention and telling her that we had rooms and would like to check in, all we got as an answer was an “ok” and she kept walking past (still no chance to order drinks). We finally got a waitress to talk to us, we wanted a drink, to check in and the receipt. We weren’t served any drinks since they were closing at 10pm (at that time it was 9:50pm, we’ve been waiting on our drinks for over half an hour and would’ve happily taken our drinks to the room at 10). Very disappointed!

Optisch auf den ersten Blick schön, aber im Detail schon alt und abgewohnt. Treppenhaus runtergekommen, in der renovieren Wohnung alte Möbel dabei, verschmutzte Wände Late Check in NiCHT möglich, keine Zuverlässigkeit bei versprochenem Rückruf

Die Unterkunft hatte eine perfekte Größe, war sauber und das Bett sehr gemütlich :) Das beste ist natürlich, dass direkt unter der Unterkunft das Restaurant ist. Jede einzelne Speise schmeckt einfach unfassbar gut!

Eigentlich war alles perfekt, nur die Couch war etwas ungemütlich und wir hatten einige Ameisen in der „Küche“. Das ist aber auch das einzige.
