Breakfast and supper were diverse and abundant- something for every taste. Hotel location was good, garage places were also always available. Personel was friendly and cooperative

Cryo chamber was inoperative Bath robes cost 5 euro per person- first time I have to pay for robes for the spa

Stay was very Relaxing .we enjoyed the our vacation with kids .Sure will go one more time.

Spa was excellent .. Kids were enjoyed the swimming pool and Play area. Room is little but it is comfortable for a family four .

Good

There were a lot of facilities, sauna, swimming pool and something like a bowling alley. It was nice to have all of these in one place. The breakfast was really nice and you could choose a lot of food. Expensive but worth the money.

The hotel was really outdated. The kitchenware in the appartment was insufficient, there were no spoons or bowls for example. The beds were not very comfortable, you could feel the bedsprings when you were laying down.

very good, but poorly equipped apartement kitchen

The pool is a nice thing to have, water is clean a warm enough and after a mountain hike there is nothing like it. It could help if they enforced the prohibiton to jump into it from the sides - the adolsecent kids just have no sense of what is pertinent and like to splash water all over. No staff apart from a floor sweeping non native janitor is there to stop the them. Also, the gym and indoor playground are very nice and kids enjoy it. Table tennis is much fun also. The hotel is conveniently designed, it's easy to move around, three spacious lifts from the reception etc. The bus stop for the valley main bus line is very near to the hotel. With the walser card obtained at the reception the buses and the mountain lifts are free.

The appartment has really a mountain view, but the apartement kitchen is rather poorly equipped, it lacks such basics as stirring spoon, jar to make drink for 5 people in, and even a smaller knife. So to peel an onion was impossible. No potato peeler, no sieve. Three big pots but only one plank to put them on. We have asked to provide these basics and got the knife, the rest they don´t seem to have (in the hotel´s kitchen? in the restaurant?). The hotel is advertised as non smoking (and is situated amidst the mountains) but many times we opened the windows, somebody was smoking below them, mostly the staff at the entrance. So none of the mountain air - it is more the cigarette smoke.

Gerne wieder. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren überragend. Fast alle Türen gehen automatisch auf. Hatten 2 Balkone, ne hübsche Küchenzeile, ne Mikrowelle wäre noch super gewesen.

Teilweise sehr lange Flure. Mussten die letzte Treppe die Koffer hochschleppen. Die Karte für die Tiefgarage haben wir erst erhalten, nachdem wir den ausgehändigten Schlüssel überall an der Tiefgarage (es gibt 2 Tore) ausprobiert hatten (Nachts um 2). Betten sind etwas kurz. Hatten eine separate Toilette, bei 3 Personen wäre eine zusätzliche Toilette im Bad besser. Die Queues beim Billard sind echt am Ende und es war schade, dass wir Samstag vor 0 Uhr zwar freundlich aber gebeten wurden zu gehen, obwohl noch einige Leute da waren und auch gekegelt haben.

Gute Lage zum skifahren, nettes Haus und herzlichem Personal

Das Hallenbad und der Spabereich sind sehr schön. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Apartment und haben 2 mal im Restaurant a la carte gegessen. Das Essen war jedes Mal sehr gut. Kurzer Weg zum Skibus und Skiservice ist direkt im Keller

Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Zimmer könnten etwas Neue Frische gebrauchen. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng und mit einem großen Auto muss mal viel rangieren und aufpassen

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt, kommen schon seit vielen Jahren mit unseren Kindern ins Aparthotel und es war wie immer super! Das Personal ist supernett, die Ausstattung wurde stark verbessert, tolle Aussicht auf die Berge, Kinder- und Hundefreundlich, wir freuen uns auf das nächste Jahr :-)!

Dieses Jahr war das Hotel sehr gut besucht, da reichen drei Aufzüge für sechs Stockwerke fast nicht aus wenn An- und Abgereist wird aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau!

Das Hotel ist wirklich schön, die Zimmer waren sauber und modern. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Service top.

Leider hat uns das Frühstück nicht gefallen – es gab nur Wurst aus Schweinefleisch und der Kaffee war qualitativ schlecht.

Wir haben mit der ganzen Familie -3 Generationen- bei Ihnen eine schöne Zeit verbracht.

Zimmer ordentlich mit gutem Service. Essen insgesamt gut bis sehr gut. Beim Frühstück ist mir wichtig: Rührei, Spiegelei. gebrat. Speck und eventl. (Nürnberger) Würstchen, Auswahl an (Körner-) Brötchen. Den Kinder (5 und 9 Jahre) haben die Spielmöglichkeiten sehr gut gefallen.
