Perfect hostess! Elegant, kind and sharing information about the place. The accommodation itself is basic and has all amenities you need. The views are absolutely spectacular overlooking vineyards and castles. A true gem!

We felt right at home in this comfortable,spacious and clean apartment overlooking the vineyard and mountains. The setting really is spectacular! Great location for exploring the Bolzano area and mountains. The nearby town of St. Michael-Eppan has nice stores and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed meals on the beautiful terrace. Marion is a very friendly and helpful host. We would recommend!

El balcón con la hermosa vista hacia los viñedos, hacia Bolzano y hacia las Dolomitas! La amabilidad de la dueña. El estacionamiento directamente en la entrada.
Señal wifi muy débil. Siendo 3 personas, falta un sofá/ sillón en el living.

Bisogna pagare 15 Euro a persona per la colazione. Lo trovo eccessivo e poi perche si chiama B&B se nel prezzo e´ compreso solo il pernottamento???
