One of my Fav spots to stay in CDMX. I've been here a couple of other trips. Miguel & the staff are wonderful. For the price and location, it's an insanely good deal. Cute decor. Nothing new, typical old Roma buildings but clean bed & nice.

The shower more clean in the corners from humidity. But no bugs our entire week there and the other guests were all quiet and respectful.

Some guests were quite loud lat at night and since there's not staff onsite/they respond to messages during the night, there's nothing you can do about it. Not the property's fault obviously.

The location was good and the size of the bed , large and comfortable. Inner court was cool.

It was terrible, for someone who pays 50€/night in Mexico city. Starting from the towels being stained and dirty, same for the blankets. Then, the room was facing the street - super noisy!! -, which means you couldn't open the blinds (people would directly stare at you while in your in the room), which means it was ALWAYS dark! Then, because of "safety reasons" you couldn't open the windows because the windows are sealed, meaning it was stinking and soooooo hot to the point that sleeping at night was the hardest challenge we faced in long time. Also, cleaning is not provided, unless you explicitly ask and give them permission since "they had bad experience with a previous customer". Just a good excuse to cut on costs!! To put the cherry on the cake, water was going off - it happened twice on the same day - and since it was around 11pm no one answered the 2nd time so we got water the day after. DO NOT STAY HERE, absolutely not work it. It's a SCAM!!

Great location, slightly prison-like!

Double check if your room has a window. Facilities are clean but feels slightly like a tarted up prison. Don’t expect a quiet night’s sleep. The tea and coffee and fridge etc are a very nice touch

Very safe and secure with a comfortable bed. Excellent location.

No windows and the room felt a bit damp. Also we were not sent check in information so if to call on arrival but this was sorted quite quickly.

We booked 3 rooms in the hotel, they were clean and similar to the pics. We arrived early and, as the room was already free, they let us enter without extra charge. One of the rooms was great, plenty of space and cozy.

Two rooms were just ok. One didn´t have windows, so it was a little bit moldy (not a problem for me, but some friends has allergy issues, so they could't be in this room). The other one was fine, but the bathroom was not inside the room, we had to go to the end of the corridor to use it. Just pay attention to the room description and you will be fine. There is a huge stair to get to the rooms, so big luggage can be a challenge.

Me quede en la primera habitacion individual, comoda y de buen tamaño, tiene lo necesario para pasar la noche, buena ubicación, buen servicio y buen internet.

Si eres una persona que no puede conciliar el sueño o descansar con mucho ruido, quizá esa habitacion no sea la mejor opcion ya que la ventana da a la calle y se escucha el ruido de la noche.

las chicas de recepcion de la noche muy mala carientas solo con loa extranjeros eran amables, noche me ofrecieron la toalla ni cobija yo tuve que pedirla el de recepcion de la mañana atento es peligroso el rumbo por la noche los ubers no dejan en la entrada solo en la esquina y esta obscuro cuarto parece carcel y el baño tmb pero pa el precio hace match no habia garrafon con agua hasta el otro dia pusieron uno , las bar tender super ocupada no atienden bien

Sporco, senza coperta, solo con menziono macchiato quindi molto diverso dalla foto su booking.com. in camera non c'era il phon come scritto invece in descrizione e dopo le 19.30 non c'è nessuno alla reception per poterti fornire phon e coperta ( a pagamento). Era freddo dormire senza coperta, per la prima volta ho dovuto cambiare hotel.

El lugar es muy lindo! La ubicación es excelente para salir y conocer caminando, cerca hay muchísimos restaurantes geniales, Miguel (el administrador) se portó de lo mejor con nosotros, muy amable, nos apoyó con info sobre transporte, indicaciones etc.; pudimos por un precio bastante accesible, pagar una noche extra para no tener que andar cargando nuestro equipaje hasta que saliera nuestro vuelo. La estancia durante un viaje siempre es importante y KASA Kaktus fue un tesoro que encontramos por casualidad. De lo mejor de nuestra visita a CDMX ☺️

Ver la posibilidad de poner algún extractor en el baño 😬 ya que nuestra habitación no contaba con ventanas, y después de la ducha se sentía muy húmedo 🤭

Het is oké, maar weinig comfort

Het hotel zat in een prima buurt en je kon op wandelafstand naar restaurants en naar het centrum lopen. De kamer zelf was erg ruim en had een bureau wat wel prettig was. Wifi was uitstekend!

Qua hygiëne viel het erg tegen, het was niet vies maar ook niet bepaald super netjes. Ondanks dat wij een raam hadden in de kamer, bleef het erg vochtig waardoor onze handdoeken nat bleven. Het wordt tussendoor niet schoongemaakt dus als je 3 nachten verblijft heb je geen nieuwe handdoeken. Het ergste vond ik eigenlijk nog dat de douche niet warm was en het in de kamer vrij koud werd. Het is geen dure kamer voor Mexico stad en het kan er mee door, maar heel comfortabel vonden wij het niet.

Las escaleras de las literas estarían bien que fueran escalones en lugar de escaleras, de igual forma se siente encajonado el cuarto y un deshumidificador vendría bien.

Habitación con humedad y sin ventilación

La ubicación es muy buena en el bonito barrio de la Roma Norte y el patio interior muy acogedor. El personal muy atento y dispuesto para cualquier duda.

La habitación no tenía ninguna ventilación y la humedad dentro era terrible, ni siquiera el pequeño extractor del baño funcionaba. La única ventilación que podía tener era una rejilla encima de la puerta que está tapada. Como se puede ver en las fotos había moho de la humedad en la puerta del baño y manchas enormes de humedad en el techo. Todo ello la hacen bastante insalubre, nosotros cada vez que llegábamos intentábamos ventilar todo lo que podíamos porque sino era imposible estar dentro. Por tanto, no recomiendo el alojamiento mientras no arreglen estos importes fallos, pese a la simpatía del personal.

Bom para passar 1 noite

Gostei da localização e tinham vários restaurantes caros e bem avaliados ao redor. Servem café grátis e as camas são confortáveis.

Acredito que poderia ter janelas no quarto, tinha um cheiro de chulé o quarto, as beliches eram muito altas, o que dificultava subir e descer as escadas, até um pouco perigoso. O chuveiro demora muito para esquentar. Não tem recepção e no início para entrar é um pouco difícil. Nenhuma tomada no quarto funcionava, só a da TV, tivemos que carregar o celular no corredor.
