Divine !

The property is extremely well located right in the heart of Roma Norte. Jorge was so welcoming and knowledgeable. Our room was large, beautiful and clean! It felt authentic and safe.

It is a boutique hotel so don’t expect too many amenities. Just enough to keep you comfortable :)

Great Stay in Mexico City

The decor and design of the hotel is incredible along with the location. You’re perfectly placed to explore Mexico City. The shower is incredible and overall it’s a pleasant space to be in!

If we had to point out one thing, I’d suggest improving the breakfast. Currently it’s more a self serve micro breakfast, I think it could be much better.

It’s $$$ for what it is. If you are looking for a boutique experience - this is great, but some of the frills of bigger hotels (elevators, gyms) are missing.

This is a beautiful hotel. We had to tear ourselves away from the room in order to enjoy the city.

The property is in a fantastic location. We were able to walk everywhere during our trip from coffee shops to restaurants and multiple museums. The space is beautifully curated, calming and rejuvenating - the interior design are architecture are next level. The complimentary breakfast spread and evening cocktail station were unexpected but much appreciated touches.

The room was stunning — spacious, beautifully designed, and the balcony added such a peaceful, romantic touch. It felt like a quiet oasis in the heart of Roma Norte. Absolutely beautifully designed space that would feel welcoming with more thoughtful hosting.

Great location in the heart of Roma Norte. Close to a park where dogs come to frolic in the fountains - fun to watch. The building facade is nondescript but an architect has designed it beautifully within - the colors, the art, the fixtures are all a joy to behold.

This is more like a shared airbnb than a hotel. There was only one small public room to hang in outside of your own room - was rarely used by guests. There were no blinds for the bathroom window and although the host assured me the building with clear sightlines to my shower and toilet was abandoned, I saw blinds in that building go up and down and construction workers on its roof when I came out of the shower. Awkward. Hosting on site was absent minded - there was often no host or only a non-English speaking housekeeper/guard. Host seemed constantly distracted//stressed and slow to respond to texts. Breakfasts were basic, and set up in a narrow hallway: Artificially sweetened Danone yogurt (no plain avail), tasteless muesli, some fruit and sweet pastries. There was alcohol set up in the evenings but no mixers, just water (tonic, soda. lime, lemons etc) so it wasn't really usable. Not a problem for me because I'm not much of a drinker but might disappoing those looking forward to happy hour. Lots of stairs to navigate.

Casa Tenue was in the perfect location and was so relaxing, especially with that copper tub.

Location was perfect. The staff was so accommodating. When we checked in, my partner had food poisoning, and they ran over to the farmacia to grab us the things we needed to heal. They were so kind and helpful.

Hidden gem of a hotel - I will definitely be back.

While the hotel's common area was small, it provided all the necessary items to make our stay comfortable, we especially loved the bottled water, which is a must-have in CDMX! We stayed here to kick off our honeymoon after we got married in the city, the hotel also added special touches to make us feel welcomed and celebrated. The design of the space is gorgeous and functional. Additionally, we booked an in-room massage, I don't have the names of the masseuses that arrived, but it was the best massage I've ever had -- Highly recommend!

The only thing I can think of was that it was a tight fit getting the two massage tables to fit into the room, we ultimately fit one table in the bathroom and one in the bedroom, so it was not a big deal.

Le lieu est tres créatif et bien décoré, il fait honneur au design et savoir faire mexicain, les chambres sont spacieuse et je pense que nous avions la plus belle suite.

J'ai trouvé le rapport qualité prix un peu mauvais - ce n'est pas un hotel mais plutôt un bed and breakfast de luxe donc vous n'avez toutes les infrastructures qu'un hotel de luxe peut offrir. Il y'avais des problèmes avec la ventilation qui nous réveillait toutes les nuits et la chambre a une gigantesque fenêtre sur le rue qui peut être bruyante

L’établissement était magnifique et super Cozy. Jon et Abraham nous ont très bien accueillis. Les déjeuners étaient délicieux et notre lit était incroyablement confortable. Nous avons également apprécié l’attention à tous les produits et commodités offerts dans la chambre, tous dans des contenants durables. On conseille chaudement!

Imposible descansar en éste lugar. No lo recomiendo.

Me gustó el espacio arquitectónico y el interiorismo. Así como las amenidades que ofrece el lugar.

Lo que arruinó por completo toda nuestra experiencia, es que estábamos durmiendo y a las 6 am, nos despertó un hombre del staff que comenzó a bajar y subir apresuradamente las escaleras de madera que crujen muchísimo y pasan por fuera de las habitaciones. Además se comunicaba gritando desde las escaleras con otras personas del staff que estaban en planta baja. También cuando estaba en planta baja, se comunicaba con la voz súper alta y se escuchaba a través de un patio que se comunicaba con nuestra habitación. Toda nuestra experiencia como huéspedes se arruinó. No es un lugar barato, como para que sucedan éstas cosas.
