Room was lovely and spacious. The location was excellent. The staff, and everybody in the city for that matter, were marvelous. Loved every minute of it.

We had a great stay at Casa Olivia! It definitely feels more like an Airbnb, but with the added security of a hotel which was really nice. We didn’t have room service or room cleaning during our stay, but honestly it wasn’t a big deal to us and we probably could’ve requested it if needed.
The only downsides were the shower head wasn’t our favorite, and there wasn’t anywhere in the shower to put body wash, soap, etc., so everything had to sit on the shower floor which kinda sucked. Other than that though, we really enjoyed our stay!

Clean room had everything you need. Staff were very friendly, nice and attentive to any questions or things you need. Was very humid in CDMX, room had great air conditioning so we came back to a cool room after being out all day. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone staying in Roma Norte, CDMX.

We loved being in Roma Norte and our unit was very spacious and perfect for our week-long stay (with 2 adults and 1 kid). It was nice to be able to utilize the laundry machines as well. The staff was really helpful.
