Location is great, the 24/7 security is a great plus. the only thing we didnt like is we were supposed to get a check in code instruction which we didnt recieve, and the security guy is not speaking english and couldnt help us with that, there was no one to talk to, and it took us another 45 minutes until someone responded and got us the access code. one of the room we booked had a leak and the room floor was constantly wet from the check in moment, took them around 8 hours to send someone to clean it, and fix the leak, until I got very frustrated and wasnt polite anymore and they sent someone at 10pm, the day after it was wet again..... they didnt refill us the soaps, and I kept asking them to fill it up, which they never did.
But price was good so anyway.... can live with that

Staff was friendly and helpfull. The apartment was well equiped with general household items. Clean bedsheets and room surfaces. The city location is super for walking distances in Mexico City, Roma.
We did have a clogged drain for one of the Aircondition coolers. Started to overflow to the floor on. They had personell that fixed it on the same day, but problem reoccured. We had 3 ac's in the apartment so not critical for us under the stay. There were also some lamps that were not installed probmperly and furniture with loose panels. Reported to staff and had no further issues at that.
The only negative point under our stay :)

Location was excellent, staff were really welcoming and friendly. Decent amount of space in the room. It’s great they let you set your own pin for the door.
The bathroom had an awful sewage smell once the shower had been used.
