Communication with the company was great and the apartment is really spacious. The amenities are okay - you have to get let into the pool area but it was clean and nice to have. Location was good too - nice cafes and restaurants within 10 min of walk and Roma Norte/ Condesa area a short & cheap uber away depending on where you are going.
The only major negative was that the apartment itself was a bit worn eg blinds didn’t really work. This meant we had to manually wind them up and down in the bedroom in the morning and evening. We did tell the company and they said they’d send someone but as far as we could see that never happened. Overall would say it does the job if you want an apartment with

Everything was overall great, property, staff, cleanliness, amenities. What ruined it was the in unit washer and dryer. Biggest reason I got the unit was for that reason and it just kept pouring water onto the clothes no matter what you did, it was strange. And yes communication with service is limited but if you call them they do answer just gotta work through the system

Everything was as it was online in real life. The place was clean, tidy, and comfortable. I had no issues with the check in process. This place is in such a great location. I would definitely rebook.
