Clean, tidy, and cozy.
While I understand the place is small, a bit more thought about the dining-com-lounge area could be done. Something where the seats were a bit more comfortable to lounge in.

Very comfortable bed 100% nice people around where we were
Very disappointed about some stuff that was broken e.g plug socket wire broke behind tv very visible to see broken next to sink hanging of hinges didn’t have proper and simple facilities like a broom or a mop

Comfortable beds. Great farm shop on site.
Stay was spoilt by another party of guests who were very loud and played loud music past 10pm. A comfortable seating area would have been nice.
