Walkers haven

As I travelled with a friend I asked for the sofa bed to be made up. It was and the lounge was set up as a bedroom which was a bonus. The sofa bed was SO comfy! The kitchen facilities are brilliant and the shower great. Julea is a caring and helpful host and although we were only there for 2 nights we felt thoroughly at home. A great spot for visiting Canterbury.

We firstly liked that Julea the host made everything clear and simple. Nothing was too much trouble. The heating was popped on before we arrived to make sure we were comfortable. The property was prepared to a Hugh standard both in terms of fitments and cleanliness. It was nice and quiet, perfect for our nervous dog. There was easy on-site parking. The proximity to Eurotunnel was great as was the help and advice of the host.

A very cosy, spotlessly clean and lovely-smelling house. The rooms are tastefully furnished with great attention to detail. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the kitchen is very well-equipped and has an excellent oven. The shower is huge and relaxing. The towels and bed linen smelled clean and fresh. I also really loved the little garden for my dog and the pond with the koi carp. The hosts, Julea and Paul, are very kind and unobtrusive, and they have two beautiful dogs, Zeus and Thor 😍. I’ll definitely be back.

Having stayed for just 3 nights 😊

On a adoré ce logement en campagne mais pas loin de Canterbury. Nous avons été très bien accueillis avec, entre autres, du thé, du café, du lait frais et de délicieux biscuits. Il y a aussi tous les produits de bain nécessaires ainsi que du produit lave-vaisselle et de la lessive ! Le petit jardin est entièrement clôturé ce qui était très pratique pour notre chienne. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et facilement joignables.

La literie était moyennement confortable pour nous, mais ça c'est toujours quelque-chose de très personnel
