Perfect little flat for a short stay in Canterbury! The host was great, very communicative and helpful. The free parking was super convenient. The ground floor level was perfect for our little dog - quick and easy access to the grass outside!
Seems a bit weird that the host required a deposit that amounted to more money than the price of the actual booking. I appreciate that they are running a small business and need to cover themselves, and I was happy to pay it (the deposit has since been returned in full), but it did strike me as unusual. Just mentioning it in case anyone (like me!) fails to read the fine print

communication with property owner very poor, I call so many time no one answer phone calls, only WhatsApp writing messages take long time to get answers back.

The property was amazing, well maintained and extremely clean. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, location is great too, walking distance from everything you need. It was a really great and comfortable stay, will book this place again when I come back to Canterbury for work or leisure.
