Very clean and comfortable spacious apartment with electric

Property was clean and had all of the kitchen utensils needed for our stay.

Was unable to turn the heating off so was very warm each day and night so had to keep balcony doors open.

De ligging, het grote en luxe appartement. Alles nieuw. Met 5á6 personen genoeg ruimte. 2 badkamers. Met een zeer uitgebreid keuze ontbijt aan de overkant van de straat. Deze locatie ga ik onthouden.

Muy amplio nuevo y moderno con todo lo necesario

Un apartamento muy amplio y completo con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en familia o con amigos. Habitaciones separadas con armarios, cocina con utensilios y una cafetera de cápsulas y baños grandes y con todo lo necesario. Muy cálido y con un sofá grande y cómodo. Iluminación y persianas domotizadas. Estuvimos muy Agusto y siempre nos atendieron ante las dudas por whatsap muy rápidamente. Salimos encantados

Algunos puntos a mejorar porque no hubo nada que no nos gustase: aunque tenía un horno, se echaba de menos un microondas. En cada cama había un cojín grande pero no almohadas. Echamos de menos una fregona porque solo encontramos una mopa. También vendría bien una mesita auxiliar en baño o habitaciones para dejar cosas como el móvil o las gafas o un libro. Son detalles partiendo de algo muy satisfactorio.

Fantastisch, wij kwamen voor de Hyrox Gent en konden ons prima voorbereiden op uw locatie

Alles goed geregeld en geen problemen met wat dan ook. Verlichting en verwarming uitstekend.

Kleine schades zoals aan een bedlamp (viel bijna niet op), aan stereomeubel latje gebroken. Je vindt dat niet fijn, je bent altijd bang datje daar dan de schuld van krijgt, terwijl je niet de veroorzaker bent.

La vivienda es supernueva y está completamente domotizada. Estancias confortables con mobiliario y electrodomésticos muy buenos. Algo muy importante es que tienen dos espacios para aparcar: Uno exterior y otro interior en un sótano que es amplísimo y al que se accede desde el piso. De 10.

La ubicacion perfecta y con parking gratuito. Un apartamento que recomendamos totalmente. Si volvemos a Bélgica, no dudaremos en volver a este precioso apartamento.

Todo estaba en perfectas condiciones. Lo único que cambiaria son los cojines de las camas que las usan de almohada por decir algo.

من أحلى وأنظف الشقق اللي سكنت فيها، وأصحاب المكان جدًا متعاونين. طلبت بالليل لحاف ومخدة وأرسلوا لي مباشرة بدون أي تأخير، وحتى لما تأخرت بالخروج ما قالوا أي شيء. ردّهم سريع جدًا على الواتساب. المواقف متوفرة فوق وتحت، وجنب الشقق مخبز لذيذ. بصراحة أنصحكم تحجزون فيها، المكان يستاهل بكل معنى الكلمة

Eine moderne Unterkunft mit toller Ausstattung in bester Lage. Alles hat problemlos funktioniert und so konnten wir von hier aus unsere Städtetouren nach Gent, Antwerpen und Brügge starten.

Nelle vicinanze non c’era niente da raggiungere a piedi, ristoranti, supermercati. Un po’ isolato, solo con la macchina si può raggiungere.

Calidad precio bien

Estuvimos en el apto de 3 habitaciones. Era amplio, limpio y cómodo, fácil aparcamiento sin coste. Sofá grande con tv compatible con Netflix. Cocina relativamente equipada.

Entrada totalmente autónoma, lo que significa que no hay personal en las instalaciones, para algo que se vence como aparthotel es bastante frío. La aplicación de la llave en el móvil no siempre funciona bien y la puerta de acceso al apartamento no se podía cerrar con llave al no disponer de ella. No hay lavadora dentro del apto, hay una lavadora y una secadora básica en la planta sótano para todos los apartamentos, no había jabón de lavadora y fue bastante incómodo lavar ropa porque la secadora tardaba mucho y tampoco secaba bien. Aún así relación calidad precio esta bien, pero esto deberían revisarlo.

Gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, klimatisiert und lässt sich auch ohne Klima bei warmen Tagen gut bewohnen. Die Scheiben können verschattet werden. Die Haustür lässt sich über einen QR Code öffnen, den man durch einen Link erhält. Es ist unkompliziert! Und die Vermietung ist bei Fragen jederzeit telefonisch zu erreichen. Die Tiefgarage hat sehr viele Parkplätze, auch für Fahrräder zu nutzen. Einen Bäcker gibt es um die Ecke. Guter Ausgangsort für einen Ausflug nach Gent und Umgebung. Wir sind mit dem Fahrrad gefahren, eine Bahnstation ist ebenfalls nicht weit.

Geschirr könnte noch ergänzt werden.

mooi, ruim appartement met een schitterend terras en inpandige parkeerplaats

Het grote terras, zalig ! Ook binnen alles zo goed als nieuw en heel proper. Netjes ingericht, alle nodige comfort aanwezig. Pluspunt is zeker de (gratis) ondergrondse parkeerplaats.

Tegengevallen is er niets. Wat met het mooie weer aangenaam zou geweest zijn, is een parasol op het terras.
