We loved everything! So clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Great communication from the owners too. The beds and pillows were outstanding. Our whole stay was perfect.

If I was to be pushed into a negative, I'd have to say an extra loo would have been great, en suit or downstairs. But that's it!

Fabulous stay

Beautiful house really comfortable beds, nice decor throughout. Easy check in. Simon sent check in instructions 24 hours before. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend. Loved the terrace.

Very clean, modern and tastefully decorated property. 4 pints of milk in the fridge when we arrived and additional parking permits were all very nice touches and gratefully received. Perfect location with great local facilities.

Could do with an additional toilet and an extractor fan in the bathroom 👍

We came to Scarborough to go to the open air theatre... Location was spot on as only 10 mins walking with lots of pubs and restaurants on the way. Close to North Bay and peasholme Park and only 10 mins walk to town if you like it more lively. House was immaculate, and it felt like home. Beds so comfy slept well. Little terrace/balcony off kitchen lovely to sit and have coffee thanks to milk left in fridge by hosts. .. nice touch 😀

Great house, which met all of our needs. The family who own the house were friendly and welcoming.

The house was exceptionally clean, all the beds were made up ready and there were blinds and curtains on the windows to control the light coming in. A fabulous TV was fixed on the wall, which was easy to watch when sitting down. My grandchildren loved the television,which had plenty of things to watch for eight year olds and fourteen year olds. There were three bedrooms upstairs allowing both grandsons to have their own bedroom, far enough apart to stop then arguing after bed times. There was an adequate bathroom, with a bath and over bath shower, which was really handy at night time. The downstairs had a large, comfortable lounge area, a lovely dining room, a large kitchen with various cooking utensils, a cooker, fridge freezer and through the double doors, a patio and breakfast table. As a disabled person, it was helpful to have the whole of the downstairs on one level. Lead

Beautiful family home, we loved the little extras such as games, toys and books, the easy communication with the owner and also the outdoor area. Fabulous few days, would highly recommend. Thanks

The stairs are quite steep but managed well by our 2 year old granddaughter. Only one toilet which is upstairs in the bathroom, but kept us fit, so not too bad.

You will not regret booking this property for your Scarborough stay

The property was superb. It had everything we needed. We had passes for parking, bedding, towels and a fully stocked kitchen. Biscuit and chocolates on arrival. The rooms were beautiful and the blackout out curtains ensured a good night's sleep. We had a balcony with seating that was lovely in the evening. Disney+ for the kids was great in the morning whilst we got ready for the day. Large dining table to enjoy our meals. We could not fault the property at all it was just excellent! It's a short walk to the north bay and a lovely bus ride over to the south bay attractions, The bus pass was all day and cost £17 for 3 adults and 2 children so no need to worry about parking etc..

Nothing the house was wonderful and felt like a home from home!

The only downside and it wouldn’t stop me returning is there isn’t a twin bed and only one toilet.

Property was in an ideal location, quiet street with parking right outside, within walking distance to both beaches, arcades, park, open air theatre, Alpamare etc. Inside was clean, spacious, beds super comfortable with thick blackout curtains. Kitchen has everything you need including some lovely biscuits. Lovely outdoor seating area.

The house was beautiful, really clean ,had absolutely everything you would need ...it was much bigger than it looked in the photos , easy enough for the kiddies to have time away from the adults .we were 3 kids and 2 adults but two seperate families so wanted our own space and this house aloud that ..you never felt on top of anyone , really spacious ..the location was perfect' 2 min down the street and you were in peasolm Park, another 5 min and your at the beach or outside stadium ..we actually parked up and never moved the car until the day we went home as everything is within walking distance , there's so much to do in the area ...we actually needed another couple of days but will definitely be returning ...the communication with the owner was faultless a reply within the hour...

There's absolutely nothing to dislike, anyone considering a trip to North Scarborough. This place is a gem

Absolutely loved our stay at seagull escape. House lovely and very close to open air theatre..

Very clean and spacious. Milk In fridge on arrival. Few minutes walk from open air theatre. Local shop at end of street. Would definitely book again.

Only thing I can think of is remote control kept sticking. Apart from that everything was perfect.

Brilliant location and impeccably clean accommodation. A wonderful seaside stay.

Great communication with hosts in advance of stay. Easy check in. Clean, beautiful house with everything we could possibly need. Easy short walk to north bay beach with was a beautiful spot to swim/play with small kids and less busy than South Bay.

Not much really. It was about a 20 min walk to South Bay which was far for our little kids but we much preferred the North Bay anyway.
