This quaint Cape Cod Cottage awaits you. Welcome to Casa Carlota at Captain Louie’s Properties, in the historic District of Provincetown. Just a five minute walk to the beach and downtown fun, relax under two big oak trees, close your eyes and listen to the birds and wind abound. Steps away from Provincetown’s historic East End full of art galleries, eats and overall New England Charm, The Cordeiro’s Welcome you to Casa Carlota. Booking info: 3 night minimum
Recently renovated, Casa Carlota is nestled down a hidden path. Welcome to Casa Carlota at Captain Louie’s Properties, we are a third generation Portuguese family business and have been providing year round rentals for the last 50 years. Casa Carlota happens to part of a larger community of five year round apartments and cottages. In order to maintain a sense of serenity for all who live and visit here, we do have set of quiet hours for outdoor spaces. I'm the on site property manager and one of the year round tenants here and am looking forward to welcoming you and your guests to this peacfull escape Casa Carlota at Captain Louie's Properties.
P.s. - enjoy that private tree covered backyard cuties! *** Please note we do not provide bedding or linens, rather we ask that you place a bedding and linen rental order with Furies Cape Cod Linen Rentals. The cottage was just as advertised and suited our need perfectly. Our host communicated with me excellently throughout the period leading up to the trip.My one criticism was the fact that we had to spend an addition $200 to rent linens. For the price of the rental I really feel like this detracted from the overall experience as we had to make the beds, strip beds, put out towels, etc. Like most seasoned travelers I have come to expect that beds will be made when I arrive at a vacation rental.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brandon’s cottage in Provincetown! The cottage was adorable and well situated in the town. It was easy to walk, bike or scooter to anywhere we wanted to go! Brandon was a gracious host and very communicative with us! I highly recommend a stay here! It is one of the friendliest places that I have ever visited! Brandon’s cottage gets a 5 star rating from my family! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
