Perfect location. Home was clean other than the rugs that badly need replacing. Had no tv or internet from Monday through Saturday. Really enjoyed the deck space.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of commercial st, close to parking, the beach and all the fun stuff in Ptown. The balcony was wonderful with a view of the cape cod bay and the pilgrim tower. The house had a few things that weren't perfect, a framed photo fell off the wall and there were things left behind from the previous renter. Other than that, we loved this place and would be happy to come back and stay again.

The location was excellent, and the space for a couple and a single was perfect. Issues were with the fact that the unit sadly needs some updating, and some of the furnishings were really worn. Maintenance challenges regarding hot water in the upstairs shower were the issue. We had maintenance come over on our next to the last day, and it worked for a while, but then stopped again. Not many cold shower fans!
