15 Conant Street Unit #1; First Floor of a house. Currently set up to be a Saturday to Saturday rental (one or more weeks) in season. 3 night minimum except July/Aug. All 3 BR's have queen size beds; Central A/C; outdoor patio & grill; Two brand new bathrooms: one with double vanity; radiant flooring; new tub with pulsating shower grad & handheld; lighted medicine cabinets. Second bath has full shower; radiant flooring; lighted medicine cabinet; beach chairs & towels provided; dining for 6; expanded cable, HDTV/internet/dvd; new stainless kitchen appliances including full size refrigerator; mircrowave; dishwasher and disposal; dedicated parking provided for one car; across the street from Mussel Beach gym, up the street from the Boatslip, Monkey Bar , Joon Bar, Liz's Cafe and easy walk to The Red Inn. Convenient bicycle rentals are just around the corner. Want to cook in the newly updated kitchen? You can walk to the nearby Stop n Shop supermarket or the fish market at Macs on Shankpainter Rd. The place was exactly as described, and the host was very responsive and sent thorough documentation beforehand that I could share with the other guests to get us all prepared. The location is fantastic and the beds were super comfortable. It sounds like sometimes parking can be a bit complicated (it's in an area shared with other units), we had no trouble!

Communication prior to check in and information about our stay was above expectations. The place is clean, modern, and quite beautiful. Way more remotes for things than expected but we figured it out.
