About this apartment rental
Located just steps from the ferry, this condominium is located in the center of town on Commercial Street. The large living room features lots of natural light. The primary bedroom features a new king size bed. Enjoy the sights and sounds of Provincetown from the french doors that open facing Commercial Street. Walk to everything that Provincetown has to offer! Please note that this condominium is located in the commercial business district on the top floor of a mixed use building and above several restaurants, retail businesses, the Underground Bar, and other commercial establishments. The condominium does not have a washer and dryer and tenants are not allowed to use the dishwasher. The closest available parking (for a fee, in season) is located at the McMillan Wharf town lot located just behind the building. There are other nearby private parking lots as well.
Please note VRBO will collect a Massachusetts Short Term Lodging Tax of 14.45% with the initial payment on the entire amount charged to the tenant (rental fee plus VRBO fee).

Exceptional location - could not be more convenient and central! Super lovely apartment, and bigger than it looks in the photos. It’s a loud location - you’re right in the middle of everything, which is exactly what we wanted - but the unit itself is also quite surprisingly quiet when you’re inside. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great place, middle of everything on Commercial. Clean and easy to get too. I would highly recommend this place. 2 bedrooms, beds were comfortable, easy to get in and out….cant wait to come back!

My first time in Provincetown! The location was perfect for everything we planned. Loved feeling like we were so close to all the activity. And the condo was the perfect space for the group I drove in with. Definitely will be back! Thanks for hosting us!
