Welcome to your perfect Provincetown getaway! This 2-bedroom, 2-full bath condo with a spacious sleeping loft is centrally located in the heart of downtown, just an 8 minute walk from MacMillan Pier - ideal for guests arriving by ferry. For those arriving by car, enjoy your own parking spot.
Inside the space includes a welcoming living room, updated kitchen and bathrooms, and all the amenities you need to feel right at home.
Outside enjoy a large private deck with a table, chairs, and gas grill—perfect for relaxing after a beach day or sharing an alfresco meal under the stars.
Some of the many amenities include:
• High-speed WiFi & cable TV
• Washer and dryer
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Heating and air conditioning
• Linens and bath towels
• Beach towels and chairs
• Dedicated office space in the loft area
• Keyless entry for easy check-in
Note, the front steps are steep and unfortunately, pets and smoking inside are not allowed. The parking spot will not accommodate large pickup trucks or Escalade sized SUVs. If you are concerned about whether your car will fit, please reach out.
There is a strong preference for Saturday to Saturday rentals during the months of July and August. Message me if you would like to rent for a different day range.
