This spacious East End condo has been a super hit for now several seasons! Located in the fashionable Art Gallery District of town, just steps away from Commercial Street is this very spacious two story unit. It features a full kitchen with all appliances, a gorgeous private patio deck, parking for one car, TV, DVD, WiFi, washer & dryer, and everything you make need for a great relaxing or fun time in P-Town! The condo has been partially updated each year and has a change of linens, draperies, and upgrades periodically, including a four zone a/c system throughout. Small pets no problem, with prior authorization. Either wood or tile floors throughout. This is a non-smoking unit and has no carpeting for those with allergies. Lots of light to bring the outside in. Situated on a quiet flower garden street. See feedback from past tenants! Provincetown License# BOHR-20-0699-APP 11/17/2019. Note that the cleaning fee is a PER WEEK FEE, so booking for more than one week, additional charges will incur.

We loved our stay over Spooky Bear (Halloween) at this property. The condo is in a great tucked away location in the East End. It was very quiet, but you can easily get to Commercial Street and the center of town in 10 minutes by foot (or even quicker bike ride. The outside garden is beautiful and the living and dining rooms are spacious. We also loved having the terrace off of the primary bedroom. We'd absolutely stay here again!

The location is near many of the galleries and restaurants. It is far enough on the east end to be quieter during the early evening and an easy walk west to other galleries, shops, and dining in the more active areas of town. The unit easily accommodates parking and sets back from the street up a small private walk. Nearby units were quiet and unobtrusive. The unit itself is very accommodating with indoor and outdoor spaces. Bedrooms and living room on the second floor was a nice separation from the dining room, kitchen and patio at ground level. We probably would have used the outdoor spaces more if the weather had been warmer. The full bath up and half bath down we found to be a plus. The kitchen was stocked with everything we good possibly need from dinner prep to coffee in the morning. And there was probably enough dinnerware to throw a dinner party for 12. The chef in the family thought is was great. And finally a full capacity washer and dryer meant packing was lighter and made the trip more convenient. All in all a great experience and are looking forward to a possible repeat next year. Thanks for making our stay in Provincetown that much more enjoyable.

This place is great, we’ll located and with excellent outdoor space. Right on Commercial Street but at a quiet remove. Owners/managers are responsive.Mattresses are soft. keep that in mind if that’s not your thing or if you have back issues.I’d definitely stay here again , it’s a special spot in a special town.
