This home has one of the largest waterfront backyards, extending to a cozy deck over the water. The views of Provincetown Bay are spectacular!
This unit is the entire second floor of a 2 family house. Comfortably furnished open-plan living and dining area opens to a small deck facing the ocean. Each of the 2 large bedrooms is tastefully decorated with plenty of Cape Cod cottage charm-both have ensuite baths! Master bedroom has a soaking tub! The master bedroom has sliders to a exclusive-use large deck with the beach just steps away. Washer/dryer in unit. There is a single private space for you one block away. (Can use driveway to unpack upon arrival) Wi-Fi ofcourse! Large backyard is shared. Central AC.
This property is located on the beach in the best part of Provincetown, the quiet beachy East End. There are no houses located in front or behind you. This provides nice privacy over many homes that are rented. Walk to the edge of the property and take in the amazing views of the bay or walk the beach. A low tide walk is amazing... Stroll to the center of town, only 15 minutes away through the beautiful gallery district.
Sunday to Sunday weekly rentals during the summer. Shorter stays during the off season.

You cannot beat the location of this condo. Quiet, right on the harbor and incredible views from the yard and the decks. The master br has a luxurious bathroom and the 2nd bedroom is lovely as well with its on private bath. The kitchen could use some additional utensils such as a steamer, more grilling tools but other than that we loved our stay. Very comfortable for our group of 4 plus one dog.

The view from the deck is spectacular. Whether you’re sitting and looking at Ptown in the distance or venturing out to the beach just steps away, it is pure magic. There is nothing forgotten or anything you’ll need as is all provided. We just loved the mix of the old with the new, as it is done so perfectly. Look at the pictures as I know that you will, but take it from us it's more amazing in person. Paul is an incredible host and actually went above in beyond sending a piece of luggage we left behind. We can’t wait to return to this perfect piece of heaven on earth.

This condo deserves more than five stars! :) Well maintained, comfortable yet modern, and the view...breathtaking! The layout is ideal for couples to stay together and still maintain privacy.
