About this apartment rental
The second floor of the Prince Albert Rose is dedicated The Basile Condo. Long-time artist and former owner of the property spent her days working on many of her works of art in her workshop. The apartment has everything you will need for your perfect Ptown vacation.
The Basile consists of two King bedrooms and 1 Full Bedroom. The Full bedroom has a private entrance. Premier mattresses and linens will entice sleep after each wonderful day in Ptown. You will wake refreshed and ready for the next adventure. One King room has a walk-in closet and a private balcony with water views. The apartment includes a large eat-in kitchen, one bathroom with large shower, a living room with dining area and a relaxing entertainment space. The common laundry and ice maker room can be found just outside this apartment. The apartment has AC, Smart TV's throughout and high-speed internet for your use.
The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances and gadgets you would ever think of needing to whip up that special vacation dining experience.
The apartment shares a large common deck, grilling area and lawn and gardens with other guests. Common Patio furniture and a fire pit are also available for you use.

Perfect location for shopping and dining; all within a 5-10 min walk. The onsite staff were very helpful and available. Loved our experience and would definitely return.

Awesome location!!! Comfortable. People are kind. Easy to find. Easy walks to food, the pier, and art. Fun! Kitchen manageable for 3-4 adults. Am so very grateful for Paul, Daisy.

Our group of four enjoyed our stay in this 3 bedroom/1 bathroom located on the middle floor of a multi floor unit close to the library (east side of Ptown). No issues with noise from Communication with the host (Paul) was always quick. The house is a little bit off the main street but Paul provided clear instructions on how to find it from the road. We appreciated being able to drop our bags off early and then also check-in early once ready. We enjoyed the shared deck patio to meet our neighbours and also have views of the Pilgrim Monument for sunset photoshoots. There are two sets of a washer/dryer, ice machine, and beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas) available in a shared room with other guests. No issues with the wifi. There is A/C in each individual bedroom but no A/C in the main living space so we kept our bedroom doors open during hotter days to cool the place down. There is only 1 key available in a lock box outside the entrance which was not much of an issue as we kept it in the box at all times as our group was coming and going at various times throughout the day. We did have one issue of losing power when one circuit was running the 3 A/C units and an iron in the bedroom at the same time but this was fixed quickly by messaging Paul and we only used the iron in the living room/kitchen for the remainder of the trip.
