Yes, the owner is super friendly and easy to communicate with if we had any issues. The place was huge and easily accommodated our group of 5. Great parking right next to the place. Tucked away in a nice area and an easy 10 minute walk to Commercial street.

Wonderful stay! This is a very beautiful and spacious home. Also with lovely outdoor patio and garden space. Love the location. And Jim is very responsive and helpful. Recommend very highly!

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying here! It's an easy walk into town, not too far from the grocery store and the beach as well. The place is charming and we had everything we needed for a comfortable six night stay. The grill works marvelously, the patio is beautiful. The outdoor shower was a highlight for me and my partner!

Overall our stay was a mixed experience. The house was spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. However, one aspect that we found somewhat uncomfortable was the host's frequent presence around the property, which offered little privacy to the guests. Additionally, there was a particular incident where the host unexpectedly came after 10pm, using a flashlight in the dark to check for something in the yard, which was a bit unsettling for us. It would have been preferable to have been informed in advance about such visits. Despite these issues, the house itself was lovely, and if the privacy concerns were addressed, it could be a wonderful place to stay. However if privacy is an issue I would recommend finding a different property.
