About this house rental
Charming, four-floor Lilac Court townhouse in the West End of Provincetown. Perfectly situated on a quiet street near Shankpainter Pond, yet just a few blocks walk into town. End unit has large windows on three sides looking out on the Provincetown Monument and a beautiful garden courtyard. Each guest bedroom is on its own floor, with a light-filled living room, kitchen, dining area, and small deck on the top level. Above the top floor is a large roofdeck with panoramic views across Provincetown--from Race Point to Provincetown Harbor. Deeded parking and everything you can think of is provided (appliances, stereo system, gas grill, etc.) The house is full of fun works of art from around the world. Guests tell me that they find the house a very magical and special place.

Our stay at the WestEnd Townhome was fantastic. It was relatively close to Commercial Street and all the things we wanted to experience. It’s good to note that the property is 5 levels, so if you cannot manage stairs, it might be challenging. The kitchen was well equipped, the upper patio was lovely, the 3 bedrooms were perfect for our situation. We especially loved the beach chairs with the backpack straps and the Alexa speakers in every room. Jonathan was a wonderful host and kept in touch from the moment of booking, to pre arrival and checking in during our stay. The other great thing about this property is it is off the Main Street so it is very quiet at night, the grocery store is a 10 minute walk as are the bike rentals. We loved every minute. We look forward to visiting again. Thank you.

Lovely townhome on a quiet street but short walk to all the action of Commercial Street. Big bedrooms and well equipped. Would stay again. Nice view. Some nearby construction of a home with some noise starting at 8 am but not too disruptive.

We had an amazing week in Ptown and enjoyed staying in the townhouse. It was very comfortable, nicely decorated and had lots of natural sunlight, and amazing views. The neighborhood was very quiet and a short walk to Commercial Street. The roof deck was the perfect spot to unwind. Jonathan was very responsive whenever we had questions. We will definitely return!

This was a great location for our annual visit to Provincetown and Cape Cod. The townhouse is spacious and spread across four levels, five if you include the rooftop deck. Views from the roof deck are awesome. Jonathan is a great host and very responsive to any questions or issues. Despite visiting P'town in the middle of a pandemic, this was one of our best trips to our favorite town at land's end.
