About this cottage rental
Well designed and thoughtfully laid out two bed/two bath freestanding cottage in Provincetown's West End. Quick walk to Liz’s Café and Muscle Beach. There is a great use of space throughout this two level cottage. The first floor with solid bamboo floors, is multifunctional with a living room with gas fireplace; a nicely designed kitchen and dining area; full bath with unique stone work, including travertine & river rock; guest bedroom with vaulted ceilings. The second floor is a private primary bedroom with vaulted ceilings and frosted inset mahogany doors, water closet and separate shower area, with stone and marble finish, and heated flooring. Many great details and finishes throughout this home. the spacious exclusive deck extends the living area and is great for outdoor entertaining. There is one parking space.
We prefer a two week minimum rental in the summer. This is NOT a party or event place. The cottage is located in a quiet family neighborhood (and condo association) with lots of year round home owners. If you are coming to "get your party" on this isn't the place for you. No more than 4 guests at anytime. Check-in is anytime after 5:45 pm

Bruce and Rocco were wonderful hosts! The property was lovely and they had anticipated almost all needs a guest might have. Several smart TVs, abundance of kitchen utensils and cooking tool. Incredibly clean and well organized. Only about a block from the gym and two blocks to town. We would love to stay here again.

We loved everything about this space. It was stylish, had everything we needed plus the location was great and pretty much in the middle of wherever we wanted to do or go. We are vacation home owners as well and we know an amazing well done property from experience. Highly recommend.

I had an extended stay here and it was truly a fantastic place to be. The location is great — central to everything but on a quiet side street. The house is lovely, well decorated with everything you’d need. It’s a 2 bed, 2 bath, so it’s great for 2 couples or a few friends to stay together. It has all the things you need for beach trips as well including towels and umbrellas. The outdoor deck was great, well-shaded so it was nice to sit out even on hotter evenings. The owners were also extremely nice and communicative. I recommend it highly.

A great place with tons of charm and all the modern conveniences. Lovely decor, beautiful art and comfortable furnishings. The owners were very sweet, helpful and responsive.
