About this apartment rental
Rental Sunday to Sunday in July and August and more flexible days in other months: Fire Island meets Provincetown in this large, light-filled modern condo located in the convenient West End area of Provincetown, between Commercial and Bradford Streets. This over 1700 square foot condo is tucked away on a quiet lot amidst lush gardens, large heated salt water pool and hot tub*. Located on the ground floor, this condo overlooks the pool via the floor to ceiling picture windows. A large private front deck with table and chairs overlooks the front garden.
This condo features a large living room, den with wet bar including built in ice maker and dining area with custom table and twelve chairs for both casual and formal meals. It boasts a gourmet kitchen with granite counters, cherry-wood cabinets and high-end stainless appliances including Bosch dishwasher, stainless side-by-side refrigerator and commercial gas oven.
The master suite has a king size bed and bath featuring a 2 person shower with body jets and a double sink. The second bedroom has a full private bathroom. The third bedroom has use of another full bathroom off the living room.
The master retreat is complete with king bed and sitting area. A second bedroom complete with a queen bed overlooks the heated pool. The third bedroom with a queen bed has a bay window overlooking the front garden. All bedrooms have air-conditioning . Wi-fi is provided in the condo.
Kensington Gardens has been transformed into nine condos with beautiful gardens, sunning decks, a large heated pool for the complex, hot tub, bike rack as well as private parking.
Sorry, no pets. Condo Association prohibits them.
*Pool and Spa open from Memorial Day till the end of September. Adult swim only between 12:00 and 3:00pm including family week.
Please note: I give my renters first dibs to return the following year - so I do not rent more than 51 weeks in advance. Rentals during the summer run Sunday afternoon through Sunday morning.

Total of 14.45% Rate applied to stay/fees and needs to be collected after reservation paid in full.

We loved the pool, hot tub and all of the space this condo provided. A quick walk to downtown you are in the heart of PTown. You could go with multiple families or just enjoy the big space to yourself which is a rarity in the area. Steve was super attentive and the neighbors in the complex were all wonderful and kind.

We had another great week in Provincetown at this unit. The condo has every amenity that you could want and was perfect for a week's getaway with friends. The location can't be beat, either -- West End peace and quiet, yet steps from all the buzz of Commercial Street. Our host was thoughtful and super-responsive. We would happily stay here again and recommend it highly to anyone!

This property is beautiful and the owner is excellent to work with. The other owners that live there on the other hand make it uncomfortable to use the pool and hot tub and were extremely rude when we accidentally parked in the wrong space. Rather than come talk with us they were very rude and rediculous. They knew we had an infant with us and were haughty and rude.
