This 4 bedroom, 3 full bath, 2000 s.f. home has just been renovated with dark hardwoods in the living areas and bedrooms, brand new furnishings throughout, updates to the kitchen and baths and a new ductless A/C system . The kitchen has been refreshed with white finished solid wood cabinets, walnut stained butcher-block countertops, and new stainless steel dishwasher and accents. The first floor also has a large bedroom, sizable pantry, full size washer/dryer and a full bath with shower stall. The upstairs boasts two large bedrooms, each with a spacious closet and a Jack and Jill full bath with tub. The light filled garden level walkout is a master suit unto itself with a bedroom, a lounge area with sofa and TV, a full bathroom with tub and its own separate exterior entrance. A huge raised deck with both a patio table and chairs and a conversation area with a love seat and club chairs support the outside living. For your convenience there is an automatic generator in the event of a power outage. The property has a spacious, neatly landscaped yard with several mature trees. There is parking for 2 cars only in the driveway. The property is a 10 minute walk to both the Boatslip for T-Dance or to the beach for relaxing in the sun. For accommodations of up to 8 people, this property is perfect for a large group of friends or a family who want enough space to stretch out and relax in a private setting close to all the west end has to offer.

Very sweet and clean house in a convenient location that worked great for the four of us (two adults and two teenagers) plus our 4 month old puppy Oskar. The house had everything we needed and then some! Our younger son took over the lower floor little apartment with its own bed, my 16 year old stayed in the bedroom on the main floor, and my wife and I occupied one of the two bedrooms upstairs.Everything was super clean and the hosts were super responsive to all our questions and messages to them.The neighborhood is a place we know from prior visits to Provincetown and is about as optimal as you can get between being nice and private but at the same time only steps away from everything happening in Provincetown on Commercial Street. Just all incredibly convenient.We would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a comfy cozy place right in the middle of things but still with privacy and that is pet friendly!
