About this house rental
Stay on the Cape in style with this contemporary 1300 square foot 3 story townhouse, a home away from home. The sunlit kitchen/family room provides a relaxing place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee, mingle over dinner with friends or work remotely either inside or in the gentle cape breeze under a Sunbrella umbrella. Stainless steel appliances and a custom, over-sized breakfast island provide comfort and convenience. The new furnishings offer a contemporary flare with up-to-date technologies - 3 smart TVs with Cable TV/Netflix/etc and high-speed internet/Wifi for Zoom meetings. Fujitsu climate control units with air conditioning are provided on each floor for warmer summer days, and the family room is adorned with a gas fireplace for cooler summer nights. A full-sized washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience, and beach towels, beach chairs and 2 bicycles are available for your use. Two over-sized parking spaces are located in front of the townhouse.
The two master bedroom suites are privately situated on the 2nd and 3rd floors with King sized beds and their own en-suite bathrooms, each with a modern vibe, sliding-glass doors and dual shower heads. There are 3 private outdoor spaces - a front patio with new comfortable outdoor furniture, a backyard patio with a Weber grill and dining table, and an intimate deck with two Adirondack chairs on the third floor overlooking the tranquil farm across the street. The quiet neighborhood is only a 5 minute walk to the heart of Ptown and less than a mile away from MacMillan Pier. Herring Cove beach is an easy 1 mile walk away.

Great space. Lots of room to spread out (both indoors and outside). High end appliances and decor, comfy King beds, and has everything you need. Wonderful and responsive hosts. We stayed during off season for an extended period of time and the owners were extremely accommodating. We would not hesitate to recommend this rental to others.

Good location of property outside center of town, yet close to everything . Check in was very easy. Condo was exceptionally neat and clean. Condo as represented in pictures.
