OPEN FOR THE 2025 BOOKINGS! Located just steps from the ferry on Commercial Street, this 1645sf 4BR/2BA two level condominium is perfectly situated in the center of town surrounded by all the best restaurants, shops, bars, and art galleries in Provincetown!
The condo is located above a retail store on the second floor and the first level features a huge fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, hardwood flooring, a dining table suitable for 8, the primary bedroom with a queen bed and access to a full bath, and a large living room and secondary dining area with a bird's eye view of everything that is happening on Commercial Street. The second level features three additional guest bedrooms, two with queen beds and the third with a double, and a landing area/study with a sofa, full size laundry, and a second full bath. There is access to a private second floor deck with great views of the Pilgrim Monument and the Provincetown Harbor that features a small dining area and gas grill.
The home is fully equipped with all linens, WiFi, and television. Additionally, there is one assigned off-street parking space.
This rental has been active for several years, however, a change in rental management requires an entirely new rental listing and unfortunately the previous reviews do not transfer. Please note the owner requires a signed lease from the person that is booking the condominium.

Beautiful space that was in the center of town. Plenty of space for a larger group. The living room was large and spacious, which made it a great place to hang out with my family. Easy to access and loved the huge windows next to the dining room table.

We had a great time in ptown. We previously stayed at this location and found it to be at the center of everything going on. It was the perfect place for a quick get away.
