About this apartment rental
Quiet 3 bedroom/2 bath condo with unparalleled view of Pilgrim Monument, near center of town. 7 day rentals or longer only.
The condo unit is part of a pre-1850 Cape Cod house, fully gut-renovated in Summer 2019. Close to center of town, to Commercial St. and easy walk to the fast ferry. Bright rooms, contemporary furniture give way to a cozy, warm feel, dining room/ kitchen, living room, hardwood floors with hints of subtle Provincetown kitsch of yesteryear. The gem is the private deck and backyard spectacular views of Pilgrim Monument. In-condo A/C & heat, washer/dryer, full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, WiFi, cable, Sonos, BBQ grill, on-sight parking & private entrances.
The Space: The condo unit is 860 sq ft inside, a private use deck in the back with separate staircase entrance and backyard area. There are lots of windows and plenty of light throughout the space. The street is remarkably quiet.
Two cozy bedrooms of equal size (Queen Beds + closets) sit off the living room and dining room/kitchen. Full bath off the hallway. TV/Cable, Sonos, Wifi, Playstation/DVD player, Apple TV, full kitchen, dining table, living room with 2 large sofas. A/C in each room.
The large Master Bedroom comes with a king bed, TV/Cable, Sonos, Wifi, A/C, small refrigerator and sink, separate full bath. The deck is off the master bedroom and has a separate staircase entrance off the back.
Large Washer / Dryer.
Kitchen includes a large refrigerator, induction cooktop, convection oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dining table that seats 6.
Guest Access: You have full access to the condo (Unit 1), the deck attached in the back (door through master bedroom) and the exclusive use area to the unit's backyard.
Interaction with Guests: I am always available to contact and have a local good friend and neighbor who can be there in my stead when necessary.
The Neighborhood: The condo sits right in the middle of town, just over a block away from Commercial Street where all the real action is happening. You’re steps away from a 24/7 Gulf Gas Station that has a mini-mart but you'll never see it from the house or condo. The CVS sits across the street but out of the direct way of the house and condo. The rest of the street is entirely residential and quiet.
Getting Around: Best way to get around is walking and bikes! Plenty of bike rental shops including one on the other side of the CVS and Ptown Bikes which is up the road on Bradford Street.

Brent was very responsive from the day I booked his condo to the last day of my stay. The location is central and an easy walk to everything. This property has been added to my favorite list.

We were all impressed with Brent's condo and will return.
This home is very cute with wonderful finishes everywhere. The location cannot be beat - a straight shot from the ferry pier! It was easy to pop back to the place and head back out.
On rainy days we loved hanging out in the comfortable and attactive living room just talking our watching a movie.
Brent and his property manager were very responsive to any questions I had. The fenced back yard is a well maintained garden. This unit is very close to the CVS which was great for picking up anything we'd forgotten.
