Stylish Ptown Condo with driveway parking, waterviews and prime location!

Thank you again Pia for another wonderful stay in your home. Looking forward to getting back soon. This unit has everything you need and is centrally located with wonderful neighbors. Highly recommended!!

Great location and newly renovated. Pro was lovely to work with. Laundry was in the basement behind a second lock box so didn’t utilize that service. Cooking was a dream on a new stovetop and oven. We made fabulous meals and was simple to use. Only a couple cleanliness issues. The bathroom off the kitchen smelled like cat urine and the small bedroom the sheets were dirty (it looked like someone had wiped snot/boogie on the corner of the sheet. I think it was an oversight maybe when they were washed? Lastly, it would have been nice to use a box of Kleenex (tissues). It is allergy season and we had to run to the bathroom to get toilet paper off the roll to wipe our nose. Super small things but y’all asked. We enjoyed our stay greatly. Close to all the excitement of Commercial Street.

Pia’s place was a great location with easy parking and everything we needed provided.

Good spot, great location, BUT: 2 totally different vibes in One unit. What do I mean? The New/remodeled part - (kitchen & bathroom) WOW, gorgeous (!), but the Older part was dingy, not too clean, and very cluttered (things in drawers, dusty old drapes, cardboard boxes & random lamps and chairs in living room) - in fact the sofas were covered with blankets when we arrived - strange! The old part of the house did not look bright and clean like the photos. I totally get it that the owner may not be able to remodel the whole place at once, but the pictures seemed a bit misleading. With just a bit of spiffing up (and cleaning) on the old side, we would have felt much more comfortable. Although it was great to have 2 bathrooms, please be aware that one bathroom is off the kitchen (and needs window coverings, unless you are an exhibitionist, lol!), the other is off the living room. Not a problem, just know that you will be walking a few steps out of your bedroom to get to the bathroom in the night. Bedrooms are on the small side with no closets (and odly we found a few things in the drawers and a vape pen in the couch. Pia was nice and to be honest, I did not share these thoughts with her during our stay as we were busy speding most of our time outside Provincetown. Provincetown was not our vibe, we much preferred Nantucket- wish we would have stayed there instead. But if you want P-Town, Pias location is ideal, just steps from the main drag, and close to the water.
