The property has a very convenient location to many amenities. It is walkable to everything but often there are no sidewalks so care is needed when walking along some well worn paths leading to Commercial Street.
It's a quick walk to a great little restaurant that sells breakfast sandwiches, which saves a lot on the more expensive places to eat.
The property has a lot of supplies including things you may need for the beach, personal entertainment, and includes books, pantry items, cookware, etc.
The spiral staircase is a little precarious if you have mobility issues but fine if you don't. We had a few issues with operating the a/c upon arrival but the property owner was fast to respond and help us.
The furniture and beds are very comfortable and the TV is amazing. Great high definition picture. Nice wood floors. The outdoor area needs a little attention.
Overall, this is a very good property to stay at when in Provincetown and we would rent it again if we return to this beautiful area.
